bought yesterday; set up today. downloaded software (easy) and followed directions. a few easily solved glitches and both laptops in my home are sending and printing just fine.

I got this two day ago and its easy to set up but it does make some noise while turning on and off and printing ink ran out after 15 pages

It's good for school or house uses

The entire 4100 series is junk.  My first 4100 lasted about 6 months and then  the paper feeder broke.  I needed a printer fast to get a job done. so ran and this was on sale so grabbed it thinking it was a fluke. NOPE  This lasted 6 months and then it doesn't connect to the computer anymore  worked one day next week my computer says it is off line.  followed the trouble shooting and nothing spent 2 hours trying to get it working .. In the end I shook it and hit it so see if that helps.   NOPE it still says off line on my computer with all the normal lights on the printer. My experience twice is they break at 6 months to make you buy another one.  I have a EPSON laser printer that is OLD and it still works but you have to link with a cord  and my new computer will only connect with wifi   These things are JUNK. I need to run out and buy a 3rd printer in a year  I am NOT getting another HP.  I wish this would link to the old printer... ugh

Bought today, returning today. After 4 unsucessful hrs of trying to connect this printer to my network, and actually print anything, I am returning it. App is buggy, hp smart is terrible.

Terrible

This printer works great occasionally on its terms.  Constant print Que and spooling issue.  Dont waste your time with the HP print and scan doctor it also sits in a loop
Would like to return the product, this printer is not worth the effort

Do not buy this printer

Bought this printer cause my wife said was supposed to be good. Ha ha ha! Garbage. Waste of time, will not work or connect to internet. Took first one back, though it was broke. It's just junk, second one said hooked up but it wasn't. Waste of hours.

This product is absolute junk.  Does not connect/pair to devices in any way.
