I bought this printer a month ago. It was a replacement for a previous HP printer ( about 10 years old)
The difference in technology is very evident and the results are truly remarkable. A clean compact printer which lives up to the HP name. I am very very satisfied. Thank you HP.

Great features and outstanding results. Price and ink services complete the whole package

Bought to replace previous hp4520 printer which was still working well after many years service. Just fancied a change. New printer was easy to set up and add to my ink subscription. Great features and print quality.
Only negative is the bright blue light which stays on even in sleep mode. This is a pointless aesthetic especially in these times of high energy prices. Every little saving helps.

Easy wireless setup.

All functions with this printer are activated via the HP Smart App which did take me a little time to become used to as my previous printer worked direct from my laptop or smartphone. This was particularly the case when scanning as there are a range of settings to go through and select. Just take time to carefully choose the appropriate settings to avoid disappointment. That said the 6420 works swiftly and produces excellent quality prints and photos. The auto document feeder is a great extra feature.

HP Envy 6420 All In One Printer.

I have only had this printer for a month but I am delighted with it. It is so much faster than my old printer, it was easy to set up when first delivered, and all I can really say is that it is a good home printer.

Had this a couple of weeks now & perfect for my needs. Print & copy after straight forward initial set up & the offer on the ink is a no brainier really

I bought this printer recently and it is excellent. Easy to set up and use and the six months free ink is brilliant. The print quality is excellent and the HP smart is superb.

Excellent all round performance.

I'm very happy with this printer. I have used it to print on A4 plain paper and also on A4 photo paper. It was so easy to set up wireless to my phone and iPad. It talks you through the process step by step.

Meets my needs

Bought this to replace my old printer that was very slow.. so far so good prints quickly and quietly.
my previos printer had a arm that came out automatically when printing to catch the paper this one
hasn't..only complaint so far.

Excellent

I have never purchased a refurbished printer before so I was a little hesitant.  However, this printer is just like new and did not disappoint.  I have already printed enough pages that I have ordered new ink.  It is performing exactly as expected and I could not be more pleased!

Worth the purchase!!

I bought this printer about 1 month ago. The connectivity to say the least is appalling at times. It only prints a couple of pages and stops with printing error. Also see on a regular basis printer offline. Wi-fi connectivity with all other items in the house work well. The printer I am afraid to say is not one of HP's better efforts. The previous HP printer I had from some 15 years ago didn't have these problems. Not impressed!
