Setup process is quick and easy to follow.

I wanted a simple color printer with a larger screen readout that is easy to read.  That is a really nice feature with the Envy! It is not cluttered with a lot of data so I can read it — that makes me happy.  I wanted a printer that would print in color but with the ink cartridges I could easily clean, since I don't print a lot and the ink can dry up.  I recommend it.

This printer has exceeded my expectations. Set up was easy. I encountered no problems whatsoever. The only thing I can say is easy peasy. I also love the ink program. I don't have to run to the store to look for ink. This is a great printer. The color is beautiful and printing fast.

HP Envy 6555e- The best all in one printer

I've had several HP printers over several years.  the Envy 6555e is probably the best one I've had.  It was easy to set up and it was easy to learn the features it has.

Very Good All-in-One Printer

This is my second HP Envy printer. Set up was easy although I had to switch to the mobile app from my laptop to finish the setup. The wifi was doing good but after 3 weeks, it was disconnecting. I had to do a reset and re-install the printer. Print quality is great and the instant ink is good.

ran out of black ink.. and lost my discoumt card.. a new printer shoiuld not have so may  issues. to get in..

old and in need of simple and protected personal phone no. would have helped.

Disappointed, it replaced my envy 5000series, the hook up was very difficult the copier is extremely  slow and I really do not see quality and definition of copies like it should be

I've used the printer 5 times, already got a message that the ink was low. Ink was included with the new printer. And I'm suppose to get more free ink but I guess I have to get back in touch with HP!

It is really slow. Also, I was promised three months of ink, and the ink was already dried up when the printer came to me.

I have no clue what you want here.

I have yet to be able to install my Envy 6555e due to the instructions being in poor. In addition, I received emails with instructions to use code numbers that were provided.....completely wasteful.
In stall all the new HP printers I have bought over the years as been a snap. Not with this one!
Very disappointing.

Faulty installation procedure

Very disappointed with this printer it was very difficult to set up, getting wifi  connected,  l now have trouble getting it connected to instant ink, with the 3 month trial, or just getting registered. I have had this printer a month now and getting low on ink and not being able to get help as when l get to help desk pages on HP l get thrown off and not able to sort my registration out.

Very, very poor, no support !
