Setup process is quick and easy to follow.

I wanted a simple color printer with a larger screen readout that is easy to read. That is a really nice feature with the Envy! It is not cluttered with a lot of data so I can read it — that makes me happy. I wanted a printer that would print in color but with the ink cartridges I could easily clean, since I don't print a lot and the ink can dry up. I recommend it.

Envy printer

hp.com

I purchased this recently had a few problems setting it up but HP helped me .Happy with printer except for the goonection lead very loose fit and keeps coming unplugged

Generally Happy

The 6530th had to replace my 7220 which no longer recognized the black cartridges. It was clearly a mechanical problem, so it had to be done. The new 630 is simple but unfortunately my computer insisted on choosing the old one. Especially with my Photohop elements program I wasted a lot of time. Another big problem was that the 6530 does not automatically put this into WiFi communication. As a result I can't print if I don't fix it jaque times when I have to print something. I am always looking for a suitable solution.

Good printer with a few things to learn.

I haven't had the HP Envy6555e very long, so I gave it a four rather than a five. But that given, it has worked well since installing it. I did have a bit of a struggle installing it, but our 15 yr old grandson fixed that. At one point, I called HP support as the printer was not recognizing HP Smart and the support gentleman was very good.

Works well

Disappointed, it replaced my envy 5000series, the hook up was very difficult the copier is extremely slow and I really do not see quality and definition of copies like it should be

Envy 6555e

I've used the printer 5 times, already got a message that the ink was low. Ink was included with the new printer. And I'm suppose to get more free ink but I guess I have to get back in touch with HP!

Low ink indicator

I bought this around a month ago pity I had no ink for 2 weeks when the agent who sold it to me promised to call me after delivery to help me set it up and also with HP ink and that didn't happen so I run out of ink after only a few pages so then I had to wait to weeks once I set it up myself I am not impressed

Poor after sales service

I have yet to be able to install my Envy 6555e due to the instructions being in poor. In addition, I received emails with instructions to use code numbers that were provided.....completely wasteful.
In stall all the new HP printers I have bought over the years as been a snap. Not with this one!
Very disappointing.

Faulty installation procedure

I can't install the printer and the associated scanner on the PC to print from word and excel (other than pdf) or scan and print from a business software (it can't see the hardware) and when I go to settings/printer and consult the scanner, windows asks me to connect a scanner while it is present! - Yes.

Configuration problem and connection from pc

I have had the hardest time with this printer! Since I got it it keeps saying there is a paper jam! Also I can't scan to print because of the paper jam warning.

PAPER JAM.
