Love it. Tested each feature (copy scan print fax) and all works well. It took me all of 10 min to set up. I needed a printer for work so this equip does a great job. Can't go wrong with HP.

This printer is just perfect for me. Great resolution, fast printing, nice copies, excellent scaning and also fax function. Instant ink program is really good, this was the principal reason to buying this printer since I have three school age kids that prints constantly. Very convenient and recomendable.

Great Nice Looking Printer

Print quality for documents and photos is excellent. For those who are new to printers, the instructions are poor with only pictures, no text. This printer is designed for wireless operation as primary and ethernet if you insist. My unit slide tray is wobbly and hangs up but works with a little effort but is a nuisance. Basically, a good printer for the money. Don't expect cd installation because installation is automatic when you load the HP Smart app.

OK Printer

I just setup my HP printer today, very beautiful. However, the ink that was sent with the printer only lasted enough to print the alignment page during the setup and I have not been able to print anything else. It simply continues to say cartridge low. Aside from that, the printer itself seems fine, but the ink sent with it was garbage.
I'm used to getting good quality and quantity of ink with cheaper printers, my plan is to return this printer first thing tomorrow morning. Very disappointed.

Received low Ink Cartridges

I seriously hate this printer. I've always bought HP printers and have always had positive comments, but this one is the worst!!  It takes it forever to print (10 min a page). It's always saying "Load Paper" when It's loaded. It says there is a paper jam when there isn't any. Says paper tray is open, when it's not.  Cannot handle cardstock at all. I seriously want to throw this thing out the window!  Grrrrrr.

Not the best HP printer.

HP has gone to great lengths to require you to provide your data in exchange for the privilege of using the printer/scanner that you paid for.   I had to find a way to bypass the HP app in order to scan documents and photos without creating an account and sharing more personal info.  I will never again purchase an HP product.   

Imagine buying dishwasher detergent, than having to log in to your Cascade account every time you load the dishwasher...

Un-justifiable, invasive software design

it takes 45 seconds to start to print a page, I timed it. it won't scan and drivers won't load up correctly, I uninstalled and reinstalled. no phone number to get in contact with HP for any kind of help, only email help. Going back to canon, they give you a disc to load up the drivers and I have never had a problem installing drivers that way

Do not buy

Do not buy this printer! I bought it on 12/09/2020. 5 months later it refuses to print solid color. Worse still, I used up new ink cartridges (and paper) attempting to troubleshoot it following all the steps in the HP playbook. Nothing! Sure, it's easy to use and setup. But that does not get you a dependable product. This is the 2nd HP printer I've had do this now.

Color forever prints Horizontal Stripes

The printer emits a very loud screeching sound as it feeds paper through - I've tried using all of the troubleshooting practices HP advises, but its definitely going back to the store.

Save your money - buy a better model.

this printer is garbage ! it works fine until you have to replace the ink then it will tell you your cartridges are defective no matter how many new ones you buy. i do not recommend !
