The computer arrived and after I fixed the power button, it worked fine.  I opened the computer to see what room inside was (Ie if it would take another SSD or hard drive. When I closed it, the power button did not work. The depression was not sufficient to close the power switch. I was finally able to work the machine by placing a piece of tape on the top of the power button (inside) so it would sufficiently depress the internal poser button.  This kludge finally allowed me to start the machine. 

The second problem was that there was absolutely no documentation or any pointer to the location of any documentation online, for the machine or for the keyboard and mouse. For example there was not documentation for the bios (even which buttons to push so as to alter the bios, or to get it  to boot from a USB stick, needed to install an alternative operating system (eg Linux) .

For the mouse and keyboard, (wireless) there were no instructions for getting it to work.

Using a plugin keyboard and mouse I was able to get the machine set up with dual boot for both Widows and Linux. 

Windows itself itself still is rediculous, demanding not only that you start it but forcing you to  have a Microsft account and giving to microsoft all kinds of personal data simply to use their system.

This last is of course not Walmart's fault.
