Everything about this product and the purchasing experience was perfect so far. Unfortunately, the laptop is a Christmas gift for our daughter and as such, I cannot comment honestly about it's performance. That being said, if the laptop performs as well as everything else I have purchased from HP, she's in for a real treat.

Everything appears as expected and was delivered with speed and efficiency. The laptop is a Christmas Gift for our daughter and therefore, I can't review fully. I can say that everything appears to be as hoped and administrative processes were exceptional!! If anything is not working properly when setup, there is a pretty hassle-free return process.
