I read the previous comments about the dead battery but I decided to buy the drill as I need it. But I faced the same issue like others with battery. I couldn't charge it once plugged. The Green led was ON and the Red Led was Off. I returned it and purchased another one, it has the same issue, so I decided not return it before I jump the battery. I jumped it with another battery of my impact wrench for 30 seconds. After I inserted the battery into the charger then the Red Led turned ON as the Green Led, it started charging. I charged it for 3hours as recommended, it worked😊.

This is my 2nd order and I'm returning it!!! I ordered one earlier - that's battery pack  never charged when plugged to the power outlet. I returned it thinking I may have received a bad piece. However, I ordered a second one after a couple of months and I still got the same problem!! Not sure they advertise and sell faulty items ?? It has never happened in the past with Walmart!! Someone should seriously look into it

Battery did not charge at all

Listen to the other reviews! This drill does not charge or the battery does not work. I'm not sure whether it's the charger or the battery but it appears that MANY other people have this issue. The product was fresh out of the box. Would not recommend. Now I have to drive almost two hours to the nearest Walmart to return it because they don't do online returns.

Do Not Buy!!

I returned the first one, thinking that I had just gotten a bad one. Then, when I received the 2nd one, it did not work either. The battery was fully charged, but it just doesn't work. It lights up but does not engage or actively work. Bad product.

The date on the batteries in the battery pack is 8/31/2021
Upon checking batteries voltage they were completely dead, just like the brain of scamCEOMcMillon. I have grown to hate WM.

Power drill came leaking oil, measuring tape fell through its case, everything else was OK. The battery of the power drill wouldn't charge therefore the power drill never worked. Yeah pimple Neeko grande de cartoon say lava Sucharita Connaway carbonize

Check power drill before use

This product obviously did not go through any kind of quality control. The battery
Indicates “fully charged” and has no charge/power at all when you install it on the drill. I went through this several times, just to be sure.

Does not work/charge

I bought this in May for my father and he has been trying to charge the battery and does not hold charge. He never used it and felt bad telling me. I just found out and had to put in the review because I saw that people complain about the same issues.

I received the drill, but the battery packs were NOT the right fit for drill.
The ad showed different size charger.   manufacturer couldn't solve the problem.  only way to return was to go to store in person, but I live to far, wasn't worth it.
    I threw drill and battery packs and charger in trash.  I now have unneeded tools and a tool bag for that price I paid.

I am very disappointed in this product. It is my fault for buying a cheaper drill. The drill does not work. It will not charge and I had to throw it out. I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this brand at all whatsoever. Buyer beware ! And everything else in the kit was decent for the price.
