Morning

LoveLove my new electric tea kettle, adore the color I choose! Only dissatisfied with product box arrived all tore up, and couple pieces were outside the product box. It was all inside another shipping box of course, so assuming it was a returned item and not put back together properly.

Very useful, works well and looks good. 
Only gripe is that when it is not plugged in and I hit the switch to turn on, although the blue light obviously does not come on, the switch stays enabled and does not pop back up as a physical indication of no power, which would be a small convenience.

Elegant and practical kettle

I was as giddy as a school girl when I received this tea kettle. I was pleasantly suprised how well packaged it came.  New in box, I only say this because I just sent back an electric tea kettle from another company that was clearly used and dirty but I was charged full price, bleh! The color is beautiful, perfect, and just wonderful in my tea/coffee area of my kitchen.  I enjoyed reading about this company's heritage which only adds to the product and the way I view it. The pot has a story! I look forward to buying other appliances from this company especially the matching toaster.

I washed and tested the kettle immediately. All parts are solid and well constructed. It heated quickly and very very hot (this is probably normal). I am used to drinking half-cold cups of coffee/tea because I have little ones, so hot beverages are a bit foreign to me. 

The following Saturday morning I made myself tea and made my husband some french press coffee using the hot water from the kettle. It was a wonderful enriching experience for the both of us. Very happy with this kettle. I spent a lot of time and research into chosing the perfect one. I hope it lasts a long time.

Well made, timeless-style tea kettle with a story

Excellent Kettle

I've always liked tea, but have been afraid of the conventional stovetop. With just one switch of a button, water boils in less than 2 mins, really efficient for a busy morning! I would highly recommend this item for pure convenience sake, as well as cool aesthetic and easy pour.

So easy, you just hit a button!

Never came, said it was delivered to a town 2 hrs away! Then I had to call service to get refund and that seemed to go ok But I was looking forward to the item!

Where is it?

This item is so expensive and bad quality.  I requested to return before due date, but noboby responds my message.
Scalling is happen inside at bottom of the kettle after only on time boiling. I am so dissappointed and frustrated.  I forget to check who made the Kettle before I bought. It is from CHINA. No wonder why.

Dont waste your money on this item.

We returned this item because the auto-shut off feature FAILED! This is dangerous. Also, hot water comes in contact with plastic with this model.

FAULTY Auto-Shut-Off Plastic Parts

We haven't had the Haden Cotswold Electric Kettle for a year yet, and
the little on/off switch at the bottom has broken off. 
It is just plastic, but it should have been able to withstand the daily
pressure of a two cup a day family.  We did not buy the Walmart warranty, so I guess we are out of luck.
