[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge almost a year and just got around to registering it, but that gives me a whole lot of time spent loving it. I'm single so for me the capacity works very well in both the fridge and freezer.  As for shelving, you may have to get a bit creative with containers -- just a few tweaks over the 1st few weeks.  Mine is quiet, cold where it should be and freezing where it counts.  I've never had such a sleek-looking refrigerator and am very proud of it.

Very Pleased

We love our new haier refrigerator. We have never owned this brand before. It is quiet, the shelves are nice. We love the size of the refrigerator. It is just perfect for two people and it's not over bulky looking in the kitchen. We like the no finger print also.

Great refrigerator

I love my new Haier refrigerator! I have a 1920s bungalow with a small kitchen and the fridge is just the right size.  I love how sleek it is.  Love the handles-free look.   Nice interior ~ enough room for a one to two-person household.  Quiet.  It's just so pretty and so far, great at keeping things at just the right temp!

We have a tiny home and wanted to cool and freeze in one counter depth appliance 
We also needed a quite appliance because I am super sensitive to noise
We knew that this appliance is not the most energy efficient one. That's actually our only negative (hence not fife stars) observation. We think that the appliance uses energy all the time. It doesn't seem to stop at all. It needs 24-60 watt all the time. We use solar and can see each output.
However, the rest is fine. 
We don't use bigger container so the shelving is useful for us.

This is exactly what I was looking for! A fridge/freezer combo with a smaller fridge than I had before, with no loss of freezer capacity. The counter-depth allows me to stand in front of it and open the doors/drawers without being squished into my dishwasher (galley kitchen). The key to using this unit is to make it yours!

I saved the door bins from my last fridge and use them as dividers in the multi-purpose fridge drawer. I also removed the bottom shelf and have all sorts of room for pitchers, cannisters, etc. The freezer drawers are huge, especially once you realize how high you can really stack them. I use the top one for my breakfast and lunch items, and the bottom one for meals and desserts - just figure out what works best for you. I will have to shop a little more frequently (I was going only every 3 weeks), but that's okay.

Appearance-wise it is great. It opens up my narrow aisle in my kitchen, and the handle-free front gives it a sleek appearance. I had actually given up hope of ever finding a nice fridge, when somehow this one popped up on my screen. 

The only thing I do not like is the sound. Although it is much quieter than my last unit, the frequency of the motor takes some getting used to. I also wish the door display displayed actual temperature, rather than the temp it is set at. And, it would be nice to know the difference between the 3 settings for the produce/meat/drink drawer.

Perfect for a Single Person

We like your product, although I wish all the shelves were adjustable and not just one.  It would be nice to have a separate drawer for the vegetables and the lunch meats and cheeses.  It fit our home well, we did not have a lot of space for a refrigerator so it made our kitchen more workable.  It was an adjustment to have less refrigerator space for food

Overall a good little fridge! We did end up having to remove a shelf due to height of objects (USA containers). Cools great, best option for a fridge this small. We did get the ice maker added on- it doesn't stop filling in time so ice drops down into other drawer of freezer, so that's annoying. Quiet!

Ups and Downs

door opening and closing has to be carefully managed due to the lever on the left door. If not firmly closed it will remain slightly ajar. Shelf adjustments are limited both on the inside and difficult to move on the doors. Tall bottles do not work, especially on the doors as you have to then eliminate a shelf. The crisper drawer cannot be pulled out unless both doors are fully open as the crisper drawer hits the gaskets on both sides of fridge. It's better than what I had before, and esthetically it's good looking. I think the (2) freezer drawers could have been combined into one or made less deep, which would allowed more room for actual refrigerator capacity up top. Also I had to eliminate a shelf to make room for tall items.

We purchased this Haier fridge because we needed a smaller fridge and it was hard to find one to fit in our space. We when originally purchased it, we thought one of the bottom two drawers could be converted to a veggie/drink drawer as explained in the description. This was not the case, both of the bottom drawers are freezers. There's is a veggie/drink drawer inside the fridge, which is pretty large and usable. However, I wish there was more fridge vs freezer space.

Also, after two years the fridge portion started getting colder and colder. Now half the fridge is also freezing instantly. The veggie/drink drawer inside the fridge froze ice quicker than the freezer did.

Thankfully we purchased a warranty and have been going through the process of repairing it. But after it only lasting two years we are worried about how long it will last after the repairs.
