[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using Redken  hair  cleansing  cream shampoo, my hair really felt extra clean,with a refreshing scalp.

Awesome product!

I live in the country and have very hard, well water. I've tried just about everything to get my hair "clean". The Hair Cleansing Cream is by far the best clarifying product I've ever used. I recommend this product to anyone with hard well water. The convenience of the "wash and go", is so much better than going to a salon for a hard water treatment. A little bit goes a long way! I usually wash my hair twice, when I use this product I will wash once with my daily shampoo, then with HCC; not that you have too, Ijust do it because it makes it last longer. LOL I will also let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing and follow with a good conditioning mask. I love how my hair feels and looks so healthy afterwards. Definitely worth the money!

Best clarifying Shampoo I've found!

It lasts forever, I got the 8.5oz bottle may 2024, you only need a nickle amount to shampoo the scalp. It makes my hair really soft somehow and my scalp issues (dandruff/eczema/psoriasis- i know yay me lol) have basically ran for the hills. I used it probably 3x a week the first month, now I only need to use it 1 to 2x a week (depends on if I use any styling product).  And my hair and scalp is oil and build up free. I switched to this shampoo, ditched conditioner completely and use a light weight oil on my ends and my hair has never been better. Just a huge game changer.

I started using the old detox/cleansing cream since 2017 and really loved it until the changes on both the formula & packaging. They are completely different products, the old detox cleansing cream is really a WHITE MILKY CREAM , now the new one is semi opaque. The product texture, color, scent, packaging, mostly importantly the after wash results have completely CHANGED for the WORSE, yet in your Q&A you listed it as formula unchanged just the packaging, it was an Misleading lie (I purchased the 1000ml big bottle thinking it's the same thing, it is NOT).
PLEASE update your Q&A indicating the change, LOOK at the reviews, and CHANGE back the original formula

change of Formula for the worse

Before the formula change, this was my holy grail shampoo. I react to almost every shampoo out there except this one. Now, the formula is thicker and creamier, and it leaves a residue on my hair even after double washing, that weighs it down and does not feel clean or look voluminous like it used to. The residue also makes it feel rougher, not soft and light like before. I'm really upset. Why did you do this Redken, why? I spent years looking for a shampoo I didn't react to and also gave me good results.  Now there's nothing. I'm never purchasing your products again.
