I have been using this for about 4 weeks, every other day for 8 minutes (per their instructions. ) . Very easy to use, can be done while watching TV. After about 2 weeks of use I noticed a significant decrease in hair that I had to pull from my shower drain which is VERY encouraging! I did my research,  there is definite peer reviewed scientific evidence that laser therapy is effective to prevent hair loss. There is not much evidence for effectiveness of oral supplements like nutrafol and they are expensive so don't waste your money.  This device is effective and a good value.

I have been losing my hair since having a stressful summer of hospitals and surgeries, it's gotten to the point that I've had to cut it very short as it's so thin now. I saw this on a YT video from a dermatologist and decided to try it out. So far so good, it's only been one week but the ease of use of 8 minutes three times a week sold me. I will update my review in 3 months.

Not sure if it works yet, im hoping it will! But the packaging, the carrying case, quality, instructions are all great im very happy with this product! did my first treatment already!

Love the additional carrying case!

There are two issues I have with this product.  First, I wish it weren't so rigid.  It doesn't contour to the shape of the head well so I feel the teeth on the brush aren't getting the scalp coverage to part the hair for maximum laser coverage. I have to place my fingers at the tips of the teeth to make sure both rows are sitting evenly and flat against the scalp and guiding the strokes. Second, and this isn't a design flaw but should be taken into consideration when deciding what product would work best for you, I have shoulder issues so having to hold my arms up to use the brush for eight minutes, moving it 1/2 inch every time it beeps, is difficult.  I probably should have gone with the cap for that reason alone.

My dermatologist recommended I try this product to address my thinning hair. So far I've only had it about a month, but I am hopeful to see results in the next few months. It is easy to use, which I do while watching TV a few times a week.

I received my LaserComb last month, and I'm not seeing improvement yet.  On the contrary, I'm experiencing more shedding around my forehead and temple area.  I hope this is temporary, and I hope to see new hair growth soon.

Too Early to Tell

The delivery of the Ultima12 LaserComb was fast. It was well packaged and included the promised gift of shampoo, conditioner and towel. Everything was in perfect condition. It's only been one week since I started using it so I cannot comment on how effective the treatment is yet. But I can say the LaserComb charged up perfectly. It feels sturdy and yet it is lightweight and easy to use. I will definitely report back in a few months to let you know whether I've witnessed new hair growth. I remain hopeful!

Happy so far with New LaserComb Ultima12

I had my last Hairmax comb for many many years.  I remember having a part break and how they so easily replaced it.  My old one still works but decided to get this new Ultima 12 LaserComb.  I like the look and it's easy to use.  Knowing the company stands behind their products and have great customer service factored in on my decision.

Great Company

I  have been using this as directed for a couple of months so I really do not know if it is effective yet.  I do know that it is time consuming and as boring as it can get.  If I could afford a different model or if I knew it really worked I would have spent more money on a cap I could wear rather than constantly moving this wand every 4 seconds for 8 minutes 3 times a week.  I cringe every time I look at it.  My husband laughs when I do it.  He could never take the time.  He uses minoxidil.  I didn't want to put chemicals on my head.
