My nephews birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and he and his dad love superman and really all super heroes. This card is great b cause it plays music and pops up. It's very bright and can be set on his dresser for decor. I'm excited to give it to him along with his hero toys. Hallmark has never disappointed and is totally worth the card price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot explain how excited I am to give this card to my hubby! He is a huge Superman fan, and I just know he is going to love it! I was a bit concerned when I first opened it that you have to kind of maneuver it a bit to show the pop up... but its easily done in just a few seconds by pushing on the bottom of the card.I plan to have it already popped up and sitting on the counter when he wakes up for his birthday anyway I think. There is a little button at the top to push that makes it light up and plays the Superman theme song! The back says "Hope your day is as epic as you are"....with enough space to write a short note and sign your name. I love that the envelope is Superman blue too! Aside from being a Superman fan, he's also my personal Superman and I can't wait to show him!

We taped it so it would stay together and he keeps it on his bookshelf and pushes the button from time to time. It's worth the money being that it doesn't just get thrown away or stuck in a drawer he can actually be displayed.

Before sending it to my nephew (8) for his birthday, I let my son(6) try it out to judge the ease of use and excitement. My son set up the card and played the music-he says it's cool! I agree. I would've liked more colors in the city scale, but the fun of some children's cards is that they can be colored. This cards appears to be tough enough to stand up to crayon and marker. I'm sure an adult fan would enjoy it just the way it is!
This was a great find-I hope I'll find more like this Hallmark.

Super Card for a Superboy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 3D pop-up Hallmark Superman birthday card. It's a work of art and a keepsake for sure.The exciting Superman theme is loud and clear and in perfect timing with the force of Superman's beams of light that flash down into the tall buildings. To get it stand up, you squeeze the base and slide it into slots on each side.  The card's large envelope is a beauiful teal color and is of a strong paper stock.  I'll be giving it to a special someone who will get a big kick out of it, and I'll tell him to watch it in a darkened room for the full effect.

The card has lights and plays the Superman theme when the button is pressed. The message is on the back and is a simple but uplifting sentiment. To get the card to stand up just hold the sides and push up from the bottom. I gave this to my nephew and he just loved it.

The sound of the song never gets old and makes you feel like you can do anything, great outline and 3d dimensional, superman taking off in flight to save the day, the button is ready and easy to press, has 4 lights that light up the city, you may want to use a peice of tape at bottom to keep it open . It's a great card for kids and adults. Today was my son's birthday and he loves it, he's 3, my husband loves this card along with my daughter it's great for anyone

It comes flat but you can easily fold the bottom to make it a really cool pop up card that looks like Superman flying through the city! It even has a button to press and it plays birthday music while flashing lights behind Superman. I love how it has a little spot on the back so you can write a personalized message. My son is thirteen and a lot of times he just wants cash for a gift so this is perfect for that, I can stick it right in the pop up card! Definitely a great option for a Superman fan of any age!
