Really a beautiful coat rack, very satisfied with the finished product it is like in the photo. On the other hand there were no letters identifying each piece as on the construction instructions, I relied on the photo and I succeeded.

Superb coat rack

The coat rack is sturdy and holds a lot of stuff. Very satisfied with the purchase. It was reasonably priced and easy to assemble.

Very useful product for winter gear.

After weeks and weeks of searching for a decent halltree. Even used ones… I decided to go with this one for the price- does the trick. And reasonable price, fun to put together.

Sturdy enough - decent quality for price

I purchased this rack at an excellent reduced price, so I was worried that it would not be sturdy.  It is wonderful.  Strong and looks excellent.  Happy I purchased it and would definitely recommend.

Coat Rack

Love this compact clothing stand and priced right. Good strong metal. It fits in my bedroom perfectly.

This is the perfect clothes rack/stand

Super sturdy thick piping. Durable shoe storage area. This guy isn't bending or breaking. 

I did need to purchase some brackets to anchor the top bar to the wall for security, but its neatly storing coats for 5 people in a season where everyone seems to have 3 on the go for the temperamental conditions. 

Very happy with the purchase.

Good product

The stand itself is lovely and sturdy, but the workmanship is shoddy. There is an inconsistency in the products received. Many people have reported that the holes in theirs did not align, and some had to drill their own holes to put it together. As for my set, the side support poles came with no holes. This means that they could slide into each other, but could not be screwed together. Technically, I could use it this way, but it can fall apart easily, especially if there is a lot of weight up top. There were three other quality problems, too: one of the coat balls came broken in two, the top piece did not slide in all the way (aesthetic only), and the bottom feet will not fit into the rack. I have placed them below to protect the floor, but they are not attached, so they will fall out if the shelf is bumped or moved. If this shelf were made well, I would highly recommend it, but it is the quality control that is lacking.

As for customer service, the first person said they'd replace the parts, which was acceptable. They asked for photos, which I sent, even labelling them to make everything clearer. From there, another person took over, and I was asked to use more of my time to circle and number the parts needed on the manual. (Why did I need to do this when I had already shown them what was wrong? Did they even look at the pictures I'd sent?) When I sent that back, they told me that it was too many parts, and I would have to send the whole thing back before they would send me another one . . . And, who knows how many new problems there would be with that one?!!! We'd start all over again.

In this correspondence, there were other foolish things that show they do not pay attention to detail. For example, I confirmed my email, and in her reply on the very same day, she asked me to confirm my email. Hello? I just did that!

If you absolutely need a sturdy stand, give this a try, but be ready for a lot of back-and-forth and quality issues.
