Can be intense, but sometimes inadequate.

Great microwave. Holds a regular size dinner plate. It has a chikd lock on it but it's extremely easy to remove. And it can be put back on if you want. I read lots of reviews, even accidentally bought one that had braille on the pad that you put your cooking times in. Returned that one! This one is a perfect size. It fits into small spaces and cooks food perfectly.

Awesome little microwave

Works great, it is all we need to reheat small items or melt butter and such. Stainless steel looks nice. Price was good, and it has added features missing from older models.

Hamilton Brach Microwave Oven

Great little microwave at a very affordable price which can't be beat. While it's not the most powerful microwave it does the job I want and use it for is primarily heating up something. I do not use a microwave for cooking except the occasional baked potato when I'm in a hurry.
Other than vegetables microwaves IMHO make terrible cooking devices as I've yet to taste anything other than vegetables that tastes good when microwaved.
So, if you are like me and you use your microwave for heating stuff (except meats) primarily, you won't be Dissapointed in this little beauty.

Nice microwave at a very affordable price

Well for one.. the price was right %26 it's a very great %26 also very reliable brand as well which will last a very, very long time as for my previous one is still in very great working condition so therefore I highly recommend this product to whomever is in search of this very certain appliance right here so as a matter of fact it's also still on sale being $20- cheaper than the regular price.. reg. price is $89.99 %26 is now $69.99 so therefore do really hurry before it goes back up to it's original price at any given time.. good luck!🤞👍

Microwave time

I am so glad to have bought this brand new microwave oven. It can reheat potatoes, pizza, soup, rice, dinner plates. I can make popcorn in it. This microwave really looks good.

I am satisfied!

I have one single major issue with this microwave. You can't type individual times into it. You can only choose from preset times. So you can't cook something for 15s but you can for 30s and stop it when it hits the 15s mark. Why would you not make this clear to me before I buy it... It's a DIGITAL screen. I have also looked through the manual and nothing about how to change the cooktimes. Lameeeeee but microwave if totally fine otherwise. Good for small spaces.

I have one single major issue

I turned it over because too small for my needs and it doesn’t heat well, I took 4 minutes to warm up a small plate of pasta, and it wasn’t hot enough, I find it’s not powerful enough, it sera suited to a single person for small dishes.

Return

Insufficient in stregnth to make me feel confident that the product works. Boiling water took longer than a minute and more like four minutes. Warming up a meal is more like six minutes from two with a standard microwave. It just was lacking and of what, i am still unsure but thought it was unsafe enough to return it. It is my second microwave of anothe brand and the second return of a microwave. Now i warm up food on my stove.

After 4 months of use it started burning anything and looks more like an explosive. My last microwave lasted 10 years and this didn't even work for half a year.

Hamilton Beach is a well known brand, so I expected a well made, reliable product. I gave One Star, which was perhaps unfair, however, the product didn't work at all, so I couldn't try the product. I cannot give any fair point.  The key pad was defect, therefore, I couldn't do anything.  “Start” and “5” didn't work.
