The microwave was brand new the box was not damaged and the product inside was great! So far we have been using it for 2 weeks now and it seems to be working perfectly. The deliverer also followed our instructions which made this purchase a pleasant one.

I ordered and received this new Microwave after my other Hamilton Beach finally stopped working. I had it for near 10 years. This one is a step up in size and power. Wow's it works fantastic and takes less time to get things cooked/heated.  Love it.

I've been using the microwave for 10 days, works great. After the 1st use, it locked, so I followed the directions to unlock it and it hasn't happened since. It has a separate button to add 30 seconds to the time, which is different from my last microwave (which did that with the start button), so that takes some getting used to.

I received my microwave via next day delivery and absolutely love it. It is exactly the right size I was looking for. Looks so nice on the counter. Easy to use, great pre-sets and warms quickly compared to my old microwave that was pushing 1450 watts. Love the lock feature and reminder beeps at the end of a cycle. Well packed. Well made. I recommend.

Works great. Cost efficient. Arrived safely & quickly. I hope I get the same years out of this Hamilton Beach model, like I did my last Hamilton Beach model.

It's a nice looking microwave and works as needed. I like that it has a turntable too. I haven't used all the functions yet, however, the one's I use often are offered and easy to use.

We bought this one because it was exactly like our old one that we also really liked. The first one was shipped in the wrong colour so I had to go back and exchange. The only thing everyone is annoyed about is the automatic lock.

A great buy at a great price

Old unit lasted a long time for the price. So we re-bought it.
New unit has a couple minor quality defects. The keypad is bubbling in one place (glue not holding) The clock display is noticably dimmer and hard to read.

Re-Bought Same microwave

The microwave is just okay, idk why the Canadian government decided a microwave needs a safety lock. The steps to unlock the microwave doesn't work. Why make it so unnecessarily difficult???? I spent a while trying to figure out how to permanently unlock the microwave and it still doesn't work. Might as well order my microwave from Amazon America instead and not buy the same brand because this is ridiculous.

I went to pick up from store and people work there talking to each other having good time don't care customer is waiting after 30 mnits they brought  my stuff. It will be much quicker if just walk in and  pick and pay I do t like there service
