Easy to use and durable microwave. The only issue I find is when I take out the wheels under the heating plate, it has difficulty rotating and needs a few adjustments. Other than that, its a great buy for the price!

Great buy

Best  microwave ever! Did tons of research and also looked on Amazon  ,before buying this one . So glad i did all the work! It  came really fast , it looks great and is the best microwave i have ever owned!  And it is also the first microwave that thaws out food perfectly without a hint of cooking it! It  does exactly what you expect it to do ,like place 4 potatoes inside , press the intended button ,enter how many you are cooking ,and presto! the  perfectly cooked  baked  potatoes! Cannot say enough nice things about this unit! Totally worth the money! Do yourself a favor if you are looking  for a great micro for yourself or as a gift ! And get this little  gem!

Love it!

So far, so good! Nice looking and easy to use microwave. Quick heating, quiet running, no issues thus far. Love the subdued "end" beeps so much more than my old, obnoxious microwave. Also, can't beat the price. The only negative is a small ripple in the keypad which doesn't interfere with function, yet. Hopefully we get 10 years or so out of it. If we do, I'll be more than happy!

Great microwave, large, powerful, and sleek design

This microwave was purchased to replace the former one we had for years (which incidentally is the exact same model).  We were pleased to find the model still available as we are accustomed to using it.  It is generously sized, heats food well, is user friendly and looks stylish on the counter.

Life's a 'Hamilton Beach'

I love this microwave! The defrost by weight works better than any microwave I've ever had. I defrosted 1lb of ground beef and the initial time said about 10 mins but it stopped by itself about 6 min in. The beef was very cold but thoroughly defrosted and bright red with no brown edges or anything. The reheat sensor is equally impressive with no cold spots whatsoever. 
Fantastic value, buy it.

This item was bought as a christmas gift and the person who received it is overjoyed with the machine.  She states that it is fast, cooks evenly and is easy to use.  The only thing is she says it shows the finger prints and needs to be cleaned often.  She likes it for quick heating and the varied heating elements.

I have used this manufacturer before. My last microwave was Hamilton and lasted forever but this one is very cheap feeling/looking and not worth the listed price. Wait for it to drop 20 dollars or more if you are even considering buying this product. They even cut the wattage back to make it cheaper. Cutting corners is not acceptable for a microwave. 

Mine also looks used and has marks all up and down the front of the door area. Tried to wipe it off but it's permanent. I unfortunately can't return for exchange either. I'll post back when/if it dies on me.

Very cheap feeling and looking

The microvawe works fine, but the inside glass tray is very wobbly, it doesn't sit well on the turntable shaft. I'm worried that the unevenness/wobbliness of the tray might cause liquids/soups to spill.
I've had microwave ovens before and never experienced this problem.

It was a gift for my parents. He tried using the microwave twice.  He found that the food was properly warmed with no problem.  However, the outside of the microwave heat up a lot, too.  We don't think the outside of the microwave should be this hot, therefore we returned it.

We returned it

Received the item and had to return it. Not sure if it was dropped or damaged on route but when I tested it, there was a loud rattling sound when on. Checked it over and made sure the glass plate was in place etc. still no resolution to the sound so we returned it that same day.
