Nice look and feel, works perfect, looks good quality and really like the LED display.
Several heating options for different teas or boiling.
Boiling takes about 5 mins and green tea (lowest temp) takes 3 mins. As described on the manual.

Great product design! 1. I have looked at so many kettles, This is one of the few options on the market offers NO PLASTIC inside the kettle. 2. Plastic on the outside insulate the stainless steel interior which does feel hot when boiling at 100 degrees. 3. Lid opens at two angles, the larger opening is very convenient for cleaning inside. 4. Opening is wide, and Interior design is very easy for cleaning compared with other ones. Cons: the cord at the bottom is too big for the slot which cause the bottom plate stick up a bit even with kettle sitting on it with water weight. But it doesn't seem to affect the overall function.

Great No Plastic Inside Kettle!

How I didn't know about this kettle before now!  This is like a Thermos.  The water stays hot for longer than normal kettles and the surface doesn't get hot so even if you touch it accidentally, you won't burn yourself.  Highly recommended to own one.

Thoughtful design of keeping the water at a boiling temperature until you use it. I tend to forget about it after boiling the water so this feature is perfect. The mouth tip is also well designed. It's easy to pour precisely without any leaks.

Thoughtful design and easy to use

The display is in Fahrenheit only, can't be changed. That's not so useful when the whole world uses Celsius. The kettle boils water though.

Americans. Ugh.

There is no mention anywhere in the manual that the kettle beeps every time you press a button and when the water is boiled (and no way to disable the beeping like some other kettles have). I wouldn't have purchased this if I knew it made loud beeping noises.

If you're a 1980s sci-fi geek type, you'll like the first look of this kettle with its "temperature" display but that gets old quickly. You'll soon find out that you can't see the volume of water left in the kettle from the outside. You can only guess how much water you've put in and this results in wasted water, or not enough water put in. I would only recommend this product if they improve it by putting a volume indicator. I also rarely use the different temperature settings because the font showing the settings is so small.

The kettle comes with good design which I really like it, but the quality is not good enough. I used it 6-8 times every day, it suddenly went wrong in 10 days, it did not have power when put on the charging base. The experience was not good, I need to return it.

Quality not good enough

Buyer beware. This kettle had issues 1 month after purchase. The kettle needed to face a certain direction on the base for it to turn on. After 6 months the kettle will no longer turn on no matter which way it is positioned on the base.

When researching online it seems that many people have had these same issues. I have submitted a warranty claim but I heard there were also issues with the claim process.
