[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought one 3 years ago.  Still going strong.  Loved it so much that when we needed a  machine for our trailer bought another one 3 months ago.  Can adjust the strength of your coffee.  Will keep warm for up to 4 hours.  Can use it even with your travel mug by sliding off the footing .

We love this coffee maker so much we have one at home and one in the motor home.  And considering things that I really like somehow stop being manufactured, I bought one extra in case ours EVER quits working!  We've had ours for a number of years, use it every day and it's still going strong.

A perfect way to start my day!

Pros: 
I love that it does not have a pot, I also love that it keeps the coffee nice and hot for up to 4 hours. The sleek design is nice because of my limited counter space. Programming was easy and very convenient. 

Cons:
I do not like where they place the compartment to store the water. You have to lift and remove the coffee grind holder, then lift the compartment that hold the coffee in order to fill water, but its not a deal breaker. Just a tad more work, but as I mentioned, its not a deal breaker for now. We have had this coffee make for about 3 weeks now. If I can update I will.

We are loving so far.

I like the dispensing method of this coffee pot, but if you are not careful pressing the bar to dispense the coffee it leaks some.  I am not crazy about the area where the water is poured into the reservoir  either, one has to take the coffee filter tray and the container that collects the brewed coffee out in order to access that area.  Better than a single brew coffee pot because of the wastefulness of the individual coffee pods.

Purchased this 12 cup model to replace a 10 cup model we had used for a number of years but began to leak.  Like the larger capacity, the fact that there is no carafe, and it makes good coffee but it's messy.  There are always drips and puddles it seems like.  The large "bucket" used to fill the  reservoir is clumsy to use.  When filling my coffee cup by depressing the release bar there always seems to be drips or dribbles either on my cup, on the base of the unit, or on the counter.

This will be my 4th Hamilton Beach Brew Station.
Unfortunately, it appears that there had been a significant reduction in quality of the product since our last purchase. 
I love(ed) this product so much that because I was concerned it might be discontinued, I bought a back up about a year ago and put it in storage. 
Ladt week,  the main washer that lifts when one presses a cup against the dispenser bar broke. That brew station was an amazing 7 years old.
So, I  went out to the laundry room and brought out my back up brew station. 
I also immediately ordered another back up unit..( We really like this Brew Station).
While running a cleaning cycle in the new Brew Station  I noted that the urn part did not fit into the main brewer as tightly as the last unit but didn't give it much more thought.
However,  after the first morning usage, I  saw that the drip tray was full and had actually overrun, leaving coffee stains all over my stone countertop. I thought that was really unusual but again, didn't give it a great deal of thought. 
However, it did make me pay attention after that first morning.  Sure enough, when one decants a cup of coffee with the new unit, it leaks down the bach. Coming from around the dispenser bar. I checked after the next cup and it did the same thing.  
Well, as previously mentioned, I  had ordered another Hamilton Beach Brew Station, so when it arrived from Walmart,  I  opened this one immediately to check  it out. Sure enough, this one also does not seat well and after I ran a plain water cycle through it, this one leaks down the back as well.
So, I  can return the (2nd) backup...I still have the shipping box and unit box, but having thrown out the first box, I think  that I won't be  able  to return that one even though it's less then a week of usage old. I intend to contact Hamilton Beach directly but it's really sad that the quality of this product has deteriorated so significantly in 7  years . 
Walmart and Hamilton Beach, I could use some help here if someone actually reads this review.

Sadly critical. used to be a great product.

I was very disappointed with the performance of this coffee maker.  the dispenser valve leaks every time you fill a cup.  There is a defect in the valve and I will be returning the unit. I would suggest you consider another brand.  I do like the no carafe design and the unit does make a good cup of coffee.
