The best coffee maker for the price.  I love the water tank comes off and I don't have to worry about grinds getting inside. 
The water filters do not come with the coffee maker even though the photos for the coffee maker say they do.    Also they do not fit. So do not buy them.

We bought this to replace our last one, and were pleased to find the exact same model. We only want a basic model and this coffeemaker is perfect for our needs. The only 'issue' that I have: I wish there was an easier way to clean the inside of the water reservoir (not removable); it gets dirty inside and it's really hard to clean the bottom. Hopefully, this one lasts as long as our last one.

Good Coffeemaker

We liked that it was white, simple and reasonably priced. Functions well except it doesn't make the coffee quite as strong as our old coffee maker, using the same amount of coffee grounds.

Good value

The description/photos of the product makes it seem like you'll receive a special/club value with included charcoal filters, but I received NONE, as did others who have reviewed here. I realize too late, after this has arrived, that all of the positive reviews are from promotions… make of that what you will.

Misleading Advertising!

Do not buy this if you want to use the auto hold feature.  I purchased this for the auto hold feature.  It worked a few times but no longer works, coffee spills all over the counter if I try to pour a cup of coffee before the brew cycle is finished.  I could've purchased a $20 Mr Coffee pot that does the same thing this one does.

When I filled the reservoir and put it on the coffee maker, it started leaking. The buttons also didn't work when I tried to set the clock.

Do not buy if you put your coffee pot under your cabinets on the counter. There is a steam vent that will ruin your cabinets.

Not what I was expecting

This is the worst coffee pot I've owned in 40 years. I don't put grounds in even close to the '14 cup' line and it overflows every brew. Even when the stopper works and prevents coffee from coming out, steam drips down from the basket onto the hotplate and sizzle. Every pot has grounds in it. Avoid at all costs. I'll never buy this brand again.
