Nice Rice Cooker

This rice cooker has more feature than I have expected. and it much flexible that the  other product i have used. for instance. it allows to increase or reduce the cooking time at will during the cooking process.

Got this as a Christmas gift. Only used it once so far. It seems simple enough with all the buttons labeled and the time is set. Rice came out a little sticky, but I think it's because it sat covered for awhile after it was done. Overall, I love that it can take as little as 2-3 cups and as many as 20 cups.

New, but hopeful

A 20 cup rice cooker?  They must be referring to a demitasse cup.  Double, double toil and trouble;  Fire burn and caldron bubble.  I can only guess that is how the black coating got deposited on the thin aluminum insert(cooking pot for the rest of us) . As this information is not in any literature I read. The company with some hesitate said it is ceramic.  I will leave it up to you to do your own research on the heavy metals that may be in ceramics. I have 2 suggests , 1) pack it better, my has a dent in it. 2)  Do use the plastic spoon provided,  or there will be a dent in your cooking pot.

Hamilton Beach 20-Cup Rice Cooker

This is my second purchase of this rice cooker. Last one didn't seal properly after a while.. It cooks good rice but cooking time is longer compare to other rice cookers. I hope this one last.

It is ok

2 days into my purchase, I noticed that the rice cooker's outer metal frame started bending inwards from the inability to retain the heat. It was awful. The rice I made went yellow and rock hard within a few days of making it. Returned it in a heartbeat.

If I could give this negative stars, I would.
