Love the extra wide slots and the lift lever to help bring the toast/bagel up to top for easy grabbing. The push buttons light up (blue circle) when pushed/in use and each different function (Cancel, Bagel, Defrost) works great. Takes a bit of effort to push buttons but also nice to help alleviate accidentally pushing one.

Perfect buy for a student or someone living on their own. Its simple, and it does the job. Looks great on the counter too. Only thing I would ask Hamilton Beach to do better if I could is to make the cord longer...its only about 2.5 or 3 feet long.

This is a great toaster. Attractive, properly toasts bread, bagels and English muffins, doesn't take up too much counter space and is a good vale even at regular price. On rollback, it's a terrific value!  I had the previous model for years and it still works, so my expectations are high.

Great toaster

Great toaster. I"m very sastisfied. Make grill bagel,  english mcmuffin, white slice bread  plus defrost all kind bread has I mention. Be careful to check the level of the button when you put the degree. To toasted. It 1 to 7. My bread was burning. The button was at seven. I did not check. When I open the box it was  at this level. Be careful. Now it's good level at 4. I recommand it.

Poor quality. It is hard to find the right setting for different breads. When you smell the bread burning, the lever will not work unplug the toaster to pop the toast up.

It will just do.

Second Time Around. This is the second time I ordered this toaster. The first one was received damaged and I returned it only to have the second one damaged as well.

Toaster seems good if only it was not damaged.

This has a bagel button that is supposed to only toast the cut part of bagel. i returned once because it toasted both sides.  bought another one on a different brand and it did the same thing. Wish my old toaster had not broke because it toasted bagels the way i wanted them toasted.
