This makes an awesome sandwich the egg comes out perfect with no mess just follow the instructions. This is such a great product I ended up giving the single one to my son and went and bought the double maker for myself I highly recommend it. If you're on the fence about making a purchase on this item you won't be disappointed I made the sandwich from McDonalds and was dead on just like it and didn't cost much to make it compared to purchasing one from McDonald's. You can always return it if not satisfied. Super great purchase. JD

Just like the real Deal

walmart.com

So far so good . A little tricky at first but easy to catch if you use it more then once in awhile as I have been using it everyday since I received it . My kids are thrilled they can have there (meds breakfast sandwich's and as many as they want) without mom having to sacrifice the process of order for family of 4 . And you can have it your way and the ingredients of choice whether it be keto , wheat, etc and being able to have those options are wonderful ! Thank you Hamilton beach ! For making it easier on a single mom and Walmart for selling this product , and fyi the tips were very helpful on cleaning product and the egg tray dripping but overall I do recommend this product. As it is a great addition to my family routine and kitchen

Works nicely

It is easy and fun to use. It is simple to remove the pans and clean them in the dishwasher. My husband loves breakfast sandwiches and they have become pricey at fast food and frozen. We can make a Canadian bacon with cheese on English muffin for a little over .50 each. It's a fun, easy and cheap way to have a breakfast sandwich.

I really like this egg muffin maker. It is quick and easy to use. It can be a little messy , but that's because it's eggs. I'm going gift one to my son inlaw. i like that it's very small and easy to store as well.

This is a great way to make hot, at-home breakfast sandwiches quickly and easily on busy mornings. I love it! Easy cleanup and it takes up a small space on the counter. Only drawback is that it doesn't have a timer built into the machine to let you when it has finished cooking. You have to set a timer on your phone or somewhere else.

One less star, as other units have a timer %26 we would recommend that it would be best with a timer. Otherwise, we are enjoying using it to make breakfast sandwiches.

Needs a timer

The biggest issue is that the top plate needs to be little hotter and it takes a bit for the egg to cook, but love the ease of getting breakfast sandwiches fast.

Good for ease

While I like the breakfast sandwich it produces I DISLIKE the floating cooking rings. They frequently come loose and you're left to deal with hot metal to put back in the brackets. I've burned my fingers a few times trying to wrestle a half cooked sandwich with oozing hot cheese back into the holder.

It's the most ludicrous thing you ever want in your kitchen. By the time you figure out how to use it everyone's drunk and the house is on fire. It's better to just use a fry pan or chop a cold sandwich.

I'm an avid enjoyer of the Einstein Bros Farmhouse Egg Sandwich, and I really wanted to replicate it. The biggest issue with this gadget is that it doesn't balance cooking time well, unless you micromanage it a bit. The requested 4-5 minutes I've found isn't quite enough to fully cook the eggs (depends solely on size, but I'm a gal who likes a lot of egg) but if you wait any longer than that, the buns/bread/bagels burn badly. My tried and true method has been to only put the eggs in, allow them to cook for about 2-3 minutes and then VERY SLOWLY lift the hatch, make sure the eggs don't spill out, and put in the buns, ham, and cheese. Let it cook for 2-3 more minutes, and you've got wonderfully soft bagels, melted cheese, and no risk of salmonella :)

I highly suggest pairing it with the Einstein Bros Garlic Schmear (I found a recipe heehee)

Works, but needed some experimentation.

Can't rate the unit because I haven't used it yet.
