It only took a few minutes to thoroughly mix all the ingredients. In no time I had enough batter for 9 small loaves of bread. So glad I choose this mixer.

But it worked great and it was quite handy. It was just the right weight and the extra post button was an added thing that I hadn't ever had on my first hand mixer that I got 40 years ago.

I do a lot of small projects with this mixer and the three speeds are very efficient.  Works great for cake and cookies, on a regular basis.  The mixers are shaped differently and there is no difference on use.  It is easy to clean up.

The blast feature gave extra boost to the egg whites they turned out light and fluffy.  I achieved medium peaks easy with the boost feature.  My family enjoyed the results.
