Good Value Product. Just a little bit more expensive than the 9 year old one I'm replacing. Additionally this one includes air frying capability as well. One thing I liked about this one was the digital timer and display. So much more accurate to set temperature and timer as opposed to the ones with just control knobs.

Hamilton Beach Toaster Oven

This is the third one I have purchased (2 were gifts). I can make meals for 4 without turning on our large oven. It's quick to reach temp and has auto shut-off when the timer ends preventing burnt food if you forget you are cooking something. Nordicware quarter size sheet pans slide perfectly into the side slots made for the rack in this oven. You can bake 2 different things using the bottom and middle slots. Most of my regular bakeware fits in this oven and the convection feature provides even baking temperature. I use it for most things I make. Great price and I love it!

Fantastic oven!

Surprisingly easy to learn how to use it.Very pleased with this purchase. We especially like the flat tray; previous air fryer had tray deep within due to configuration so we could not easily turn food over. Trays are easy to remove and clean. An excellent unit.

Could not have chosen better for this price.

We have had this oven about a month now. We haven't had a chance to use the rotisserie yet, but have used the other functions. The toaster is the best of any toaster oven that we have had over the years, and the oven bakes nicely. The temperature is even throughout the oven. The digital display looks sharp and the oven looks nice on our countertop! I would recommend.

Good Value

Dimensions are deceiving - it is not bigger inside as one would assume by the outside dimensions.  Does not fit a 9x13 pan.  Otherwise it is a good appliance.  Air fryer option is nice and the basket & baking tray provided make up a bit for the size.  It is quiet. Timer and heat settings have a wide range.  Display is nice.

I really like this oven.  It is super quiet and easy to use.  It is big enough for one person to use so that I don't have to use the big oven and I can eliminate use of my toaster as it makes great toast.
Good value for the money.   I have always trusted the Hamilton Beach line of appliances.  They didn't let me down.

Roomy interior fits baking dishes up to 12 1/2 inches. 3 rack positions for various cooking methods.. Spring loaded.door closes securely with a stop to crack the door open 2". Digital controls are clear and easy to use. Time bake up to 2 hours and stay on function. So much more than a toaster oven. Sleek stainless steel exterior.

Complete oven cooking for one or 2!

While I was very excited to receive the SureCrisp, I don't think it works as well as a "standard" air fryer and I have actually already burnt myself twice, by attempting to remove racks from the oven, I have accidentally touched the glass door, beware, this is not like an oven door, it gets extremely hot.

I wouldn't purchase again, disappointed

Below are some of the good and bad about this toaster oven. 

1. Good:
Solid build, thick walls so heat can generate as a bare minimum, easy to use. 
Price was right. 

2. Bad:
A. Toaster function has no timer nor does it explain in an easy way how to set it up. 
B. Has no back light to check and see the progress of cooking, etc. 
C. The actual solid tray slides inside the provided wire meshed tray. What that means, if you are to use the solid tray by itself, it is smaller than the oven actual space when cooking. ODD
D. The spacing slots for the oven are kind of odd. Either too high or too low. Not a good design.

Good Oven but lacks specifics

My mistake for buying this item on clearance. Reviews were great so I thought why not. It doesn't even heat up properly. Takes so long to cook a tiny little pizza that it ends up drying out the crust till it's inedible. Do not waste your money. Don't take the good reviews as a reason to purchase this.
