I rec'd this coffee maker in a very quick and timely manner! I'm very impressed with this so far; easy to operate (I use the #2 paper cones), and just barely two tbsp coffee ~ comes out just the way I like it. I have a Keurig but have grown tired of the expense & taste of the "cups" and just wanted a cup of plain black coffee with milk. Got it with this Hamilton Beach. Cleaning is easy & brewing time quick. Thanks again Wal*Mart and your Reviewers. You've helped out a lot.

GREAT COFFEE MAKER

Our 4 cup mr coffee finally gave out. Wanting another small one, I researched online many small coffee makers out there. This one makes plenty of coffee for 2 people and tastes pretty good. I like that it has a cone filter (#2 cone filters fits this unit). The only negative is you have to pour the coffee slow and steady otherwise it will spill a little.

Perfect size for 2 people

I usually brew one or two large cups of coffee in the morning and I like paper filters. This was inexpensive and good looking so I thought that I would buy it. This looked a bit too small to do the job so I measured the cups into a larger coffee cup twice and they fit perfectly. I used two tablespoons of coffee to make the " 5 cups" and brewed with distilled water. The coffee was hotter than my old coffee maker which I like a lot and it stayed hotter too. I like that it was much easier to clean up too. I would definetely recommend this little coffee maker and it makes a quick cup too!

GREAT FOR ONE!

The 5 cup pot is fantastic as it serves my needs and takes up little space on the counter top. I am the sole coffee drinker in the house and do not need a larger pot. I am also quite discouraged with the Keurig I used as it becomes an unnecessary expense purchasing the K-cups and I do not like the taste of the coffee when using a ready-to-fill container. A # 2 cone filter fits perfectly in the machine and, since I use true Columbian coffee which is very finely ground, I have never found any grounds in the cup. The coffee is hot and does not take long to make. I am usually not in any rush to grab a cup of coffee, but one can keep the coffee hot and fresh tasting by keeping the machine on after brewing. When reading some of the other reviews, I noted that some people complained about water spilling over. I have yet to experience this.This coffee maker is the perfect appliance for me. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Coffee magnifico....

I am the only coffee drinker in our household & it was a challenge to find one small enough. I am happy with it. It is somewhat difficult to keep the filter in the v shaped basket that swings out when placing it underneath, but I just pay close attention.

5 cup coffee maker

This little coffee maker does everything it is supposed to do and makes a hot, tasty cup of coffee. I wish Hamilton Beach made this exact product in a 10-12 cup version. If you enjoy one large mug of coffee in the morning, this product is the way to go. Highly recommend.

Excellent value for the price paid

This 5 cup coffee maker was a perfect replacement for the poorly designed Black & Decker model I owned. Brew time is extremely fast and coffee is very hot. Brew basket is very sturdy & I love how the carafe spout pours precisely. Great product for the money.

The perfect small coffee maker!

Priced right, makes great coffee, brewer filter holder attaches and removes easily for cleaning. If it had auto-shutoff, this would be a 5 star product.

Great Coffee Maker

This pot is perfect...perfect size for my limited space...perfect temperature for coffee, much hotter than my old pot. I would recommend this product to anyone - and have!

I love it!

Needed a coffee maker that was under 11.5" to fit under cabinets in my trailer. This works well and makes a great cup.

Nice coffee maker

Impossible to pour water into the water container using the glass pot without spilling it all over the counter. Also impossible to pour a cup of coffee without the coffee dripping from the lip to the bottom of the pot and then all over everything. The 5 cup size was perfect but I am taking this back to the store to find one that does not drip, drip, drip!
