Have only had the coffee maker about a week.  It works as it should. and is very easy to operate.  If it continues to be this great, I would definitely recommend it to others.

So far very happy with purchase

It says open box but they are returns that they mightve fixed (didnt test it) but they dont clean them. It was gross. Im not using that. Pay the extra money and get the new coffee pot.
