Based on packaging, I would say the product is built with care to ensure all parts were with the product that were supposed to be there.   I like Hamilton Beach products so I am bias towards them in a positive way.  I would recommended this product to a friend and I would buy from Hamilton Beach again.

I loved the price and I love the product. It's streamlined enough to fit in a tight spot and tall enough for tall cans, and hands free, so I can walk away to do other things while It's working.   And the bottle opener on top is always handy to help me open bottles and jars. I absolutely love it!

All I need!

My husband bought me this last year for Christmas and after being at my daughters taking care of her after surgery I saw she was in need of a new can opener so actually this purchase was for her I ordered and had sent to her and she loves it

Wow,nice can opener!  Has a extra hand held opener,for Opening, big pop bottles, beer bottles, a jar gripper for jars, tab lifter for them cans with a pull tab, a slid cutter for the hard to open plastic packs that batteries come in! Juat Amazing! For me it was well with it wieght in gold! Happy!

Amazing Can opener

The only thing I would have liked different about this Hamilton Beach  Open Station Can Opener Model 76389R is I wish it would have been offered in colors other than black.  It is beautiful,  however!   Works like a charm.  I would definitely recommend this can opener to everyone needing one!   5 star product.

Hamilton Beach Open Station Can Opener Is Great!

I have had one like this one for 10 years before it gave up the ghost and died.  This one has the same features as the old one, but it is quieter than the old one and faster. The cutter is sharp the magnet has a good grip on the lids. It is reasonably priced and a good product.

Quietly gets the job done

Used it once, so hard to use. The plastic pin kept coming out of the canister. I finally got it to work, and a piece of silver metal broke, and flew up and hit me in my face. Thank goodness it wasn't an eye.

Broke first day

I have always been pleased with Hamilton-Beach products but, not with this one. What I wanted was a can opener. Not a bottle opener, a jar opener, etc. I tossed my manual opener because it didn't open cans any longer. It would leave the lid so sharp that it was dealing with a razor. This opener doesn't hold the lid after the can is opened, leaving the lid jagged and sharp. These are the exact reasons why I threw out my old opener.

Really disappointing!
