Love this fryer. Used it to cook maybe two dozen fish my husband caught and they fried up perfectly golden and delicious. It is much faster then my great big SS deep fryer, does NOT heat up the house like the big one does. Plan on ordering two more to give as gifts. Try this, it really does work great.

I have not used this but a few times, but I can say it does a really good job for what I need it for.

Love the compact size of the deep fryer and speed of cooking and crispness of the food.  It sure beats how long it takes to get the same result from an electric frying pan.  I'll be using this item a lot in future.
