Can be sleek and compact, but also prone to complexity.

From rice to veggies this steamer is perfect every time.  I really like the external fill water option and the digital option of delayed cooking.  The warmer is also a big plus after the cooking time has been exhausted.
We had a steamer for 23 years that finally gave out.......this one is as close to perfect for what we use a steamer for.

Steaming vs. microwave is no comparison. Steaming is sooo much better.

its a bit tiny. but since there are only 2 of us, it makes a lot of rice for us (1 cooked cup)

The unit is new / defective.  Specfically, it steams for a moment or so the displays "LO" Water is up to the full mark. Nothing else left for me to do except return it.

Didn't Work

Don't waste your money on this flimsy piece. It leaks all over the outside and would probably shatter if it isn't treated like fragile glass. Thin plastic. Not worth the money.

Cheap trash

It steamed 1 time and will not turn back on.
