Cheese Melting

Can yield perfect eggs, but may struggle with larger items.

Suitable for cooking english muffins and small bagels to desired texture.

Sandwiches have a taste similar to popular chains.

Simple navigation with minimal effort required.

Great waffle maker.

walmart.com

Makes breakfast quicker and easier than it used to be. Had to switch from my normal bagel routine to croissants since bagels need a bit of trimming to fit right in the compartments but my spouse and I have enjoyed the change. Also recommend microwaving your precooked breakfast sausages before putting it, to avoid sogging the bottom bread in the middle.

Cut down morning routine by 15 minutes

This is the best invention ever. The only thing that I do not like...........is the egg is bigger than the English muffin. That turns me off. I cut the edges with scissors because it doesn't look right.

All in all the taste is fantastic, delicious and it stays hot for a very long time. It takes only 5 minutes to cook two of them at the same time.

This would make a lovely gift. Buy it. You will just love it.

Great Invention!

I bought this after seeing my father-in-law use his! I got the double sandwich maker because of my family of 5! It's quick, easy to use - EASY TO CLEAN!!! and the time it takes to fire off 6 sandwiches -- amazing! It's a quick way to have breakfast, lunch or dinner!!! I cant say enough awesome things about this machine!

FANTASTIC

First off, as soon as I saw this, I knew it was thee perfect gift for my boyfriend since he makes these everyday with multiple gadgets! It was out of stock online and in store, I was sad, but the next morning it was in stock, this was Dec.22. I printed off a page and coloured it, since the arrival date was after Christmas. So I wrapped the picture in a box. But what happened next blew my mind. There was a knock at the door at 9amon Dec 24, and it was this!!! Talk about a gift that was meant to be. I was so shocked and happy it arrived in time! But the best part was that he loved it and he has used it every day since Christmas morning! I highly recommend this product!!!

This is Awesome!!!

This is a life changer and money saver .. I use it all the time and it's sooo easy to clean. Doesn't take up a lot of space, either'

So glad I got it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just made some really fluffy Belgian waffles using this waffle maker, my favorite part other than eating the waffles was how easy the cleanup was. There's a removable drip tray you place at the bottom and it's so convenient to rinse off any messes. Making waffles was effortless, it holds about a cup worth of batter and the light turns green to indicate when they're ready, I prefer my waffles a little less cooked so I ended up pulling them out before the light indicator came on and they were perfect!

Easy to clean

ProctorSilex.com

This works really well and is great for convenience sake but I can definitely make these faster on a stove top and toaster. The egg is much bigger than the size of english muffins making it a bit awkward to hold. Overall though, this is great for my 13 year old son to make his own sandwich in the morning (he used to make scrambled egg/omelet style in the microwave before). We are a family of 6 so if I am cooking for everyone, I would not get this out but if it's just for one person, it will do the trick.

There is a beeper that allows you to know when the time is up but that timer does not turn the unit off. You need to be on hand to take the sandwich out of the machine which is really quite simple to do. It takes between 4-5 minutes per sandwich (not including initial pre-heating time) and if you need to make more than just one batch then you must wait 2 minutes to ensure that the machine has had a chance to preheat to the right temperature again.

Convenience!

The “ready” indicator lights are not synchronized to the cooking time. Worked fine the first three waffles, then the lights went off time after that. I'll be trying it again before final decision.

I have no idea how this thing gets good reviews. It's a pain to clean. If you actually crack an egg in it, you'll get egg in all sorts of tiny crevices and screws, good luck ever getting it actually clean. Second, it didn't cook an egg. I went to the store and bought two different sized eggs, used two different kinds of bread, the egg was runny. I tried cooking it for a total of six minutes until my bread was burnt, and the egg was still runny. Their troubleshooting says to preheat with the device closed, which I did. And then they recommend cooking the eggs beforehand. Hey, I already have a device that warms things up and it's called a microwave. This thing is just a microwave. Totally worthless waste of space.

You don't need it
