You can use a single serve pack, ground coffee, or K Cups. Brew a 10 ounce cup of happiness using single serve packs or 14 ounces using ground coffee. You can add a single serve pack or grounds to either side of the machine. It's just so brewtiful and versatile for your coffee needs.

I love the two cup option.  The water gets really hot so your coffee isn't luke warm as it can sometimes be.  Love that you can use the K cup or your own grounds.  Easy to use and easy to clean.

It's just exactly what I wanted. Hamilton Beach always have good products. I'm totally satisfied.

I had purchased and returned a few coffee makers  and then came across this one online and was happy there wasn't a  coffee pot. I have used this about a dozen times now and have no problems with it. It has a short cord and I have to pull the coffee maker out from under the cabinet to lift one of the two individual lids. I am going to put it on a cart for easier access.  It only takes about two  minutes or less to make the cup of coffee.  I like the fact that you can use K-cups in either side or one side K-cup and one side coffee grounds. Or both sides coffee ground or both sides K-cup your choice.  You also can use it for hot water only in your cup for soup in a cup, hot chocolate or instant coffee  if your out of ground. You just can't put powdered chocolate or instant coffee in the baskets only ground coffee or K-cups. You also can adjust the two separate shelves for a cup or a taller to go mug.  The water amount is from 8,10,14 ounces of water and 3 tablespoon of coffee is the max line in which i use one and a half tablespoon for mine.  It shuts off automatically when done brewing.  Suits my needs and no pot to wash just empty the basket and rinse.  No coffee sediments in my cup at all.  You can make you a cup of coffee while making your kid a cup of hot chocolate or water for soup in a cup.  Hope all these details help with your decision.

I like that it turns off automatically after your each cup and you can make 2 cups at a time. Nice product.

Auto turn off

I  Absolutely Love it,  Now my husband dosent have to wait any more  we each get a cup of fresh coffee at the same time.  I'm  particular, my coffee has to be fresh as I drink it straight up, no milk,no sugar.  I was able to purchase this coffee maker with a gift card for my 8th birthday.

The one side doesn't stay up for some reason but other than that,  I'm happy with it so far

I would like for it to have a large water reservoir.

Another feature

I was disappointed with the length of the cord, the fact you could not place it under a cabinet because the lids will not open, and it did not seem like it was built very sturdy.

had three of these coffeemakers in the last three years. they all started leaking. would not recommend or by another one.
