Digital display is easy to select your temp, tons of steam holes on the bottom evenly distribute the steam. Holds plenty of water so you're not having to constantly refill. Heats quickly. Retractable cord is a must for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron is much heavier and taller than my old one. That's a good thing since  now I don't have to press down hard. The steam is awesome, and the burst of steam button will put a nice, sharp crease first time, every time. My only complaint is that the retractable cord can be stubborn sometimes and not recoil all the way, but that's  pretty much true to all retractable's. You will need funnel to fill it or water will spill everywhere. It still gets 5 stars because this iron performs like a B-o-s-s!

It's adequate; a bit bulky/heavy

Steam/spray and heat options are fine. Cord is long, still have to use extension cord, nice that it retracts for storage.

Difficult to fill with water, shield “cap” won't stay in position while filling, can slip and get in the way while filling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this two times, and it has emitted an electrical smell during both times. At first, I thought it was because it was new, but after it did it a second time, well, I don't think it's normal. Maybe I got a defective one? It ironed my clothes, but it didn't look as good as I had hoped for. I had to go over it several times. I looked at the sole plate and it already has a few scratches. See pictures. I don't think this iron will last very long.

Does not work right,  spray does not work, also packaging looked like it was returned before, had smudges on it, and a couple scratches and a dent on hot surface. The smudging was not too bad, but the biggest concern was the spray did not work.

Item is broken and doesn't work as expected. After first cloth ironed it starts blinking and does not heat up.

Waste of money

Defective, would be returning . I think Hamilton Beach sent walmart defective batch I tried 2 Iron and both had same defect.
