I'm very pleased with this iron. Delivery was super quick. The iron does all that it say it will do, heats up very quickly, has everything clearly labeled and right where I can see it. The large water reservoir is an added bonus. The best part though is the self storing cord!!

I have RA, and this is great to use for those of us that may have dexterity problems. It's not heavy at all and very easy to use.

A nice feature on the iron is the retractable cord which we have had no issues with.  The temperature on the iron is very good.The feel of the iron in your hand is good, plenty of space to hold even for a mans hand.  Love the shape of the iron itself.  Love every aspect of this iron!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice iron.  MUCH lighter than our previous iron.  The non stick surface makes it glide over the item you are ironing.  The color is nice compared to our old black iron (oldie).  The self storing recoiling cord is a very welcome addition for storage.  Setting the temperature is a breeze with the new style temp control.  Spritzing and steaming features work very well.

Once I read the instructions it was so easy to use this iron. I never iron pillowcases but I decided to give it a try. The cleaning of the iron was minimal. Then you have the added bonus of a retractable cord. I would highly recommend the Hamilton Beach Duration Iron!!!!!

A good replacement for my old one...exact model but the retractable chord seems to be getting stuck fairly frequently.

Solid iron but one major issue is that water constantly leaks through the water tank, the handle and the temperature regulator. Making the iron handle always wet while in use.
