This blender mixes to perfection with ease. The Wave Action blending system pulls down mixture into blade for wonderfully smooth results. When it's done, pour the mixture without a splash thanks to the no mess pour spout.

The powerful body maxes out at 700 watts but churns along at 225 watts of power. Combined with the stainless steel Ice Sabre blades, no ice chunk stands a fighting chance.

This blender also has safe, convenient cord storage.

I had a large blender and gave it away. With this mid size blender I bought two of them. 
They both fit nice in my refrigerator. One is for a breakfast blend of berries. The second one is for a green afternoon drink

Very good Blender

I bought this blender mainly to make frappes/frappuccinos and it hasn't disappointed me1  I bought a silicone ice cube tray with small cubes and put those in first on the crush ice setting (pulse). Once that is frosty, then I add the milk, coffee, etc., and use the smoothie setting and it comes out perfect. (BTW,the secret is adding a little xanthan gum, just like they do at Starbucks.) I was surprised that this blender would crush ice with only 700 watts of power, but the blades pull the ice down and do a great job. I haven't used it for anything other than iced coffee drinks, but if it can crush ice it certainly can handle anything. 

The red color is beautiful and matches my Hamilton Beach microwave so that's a plus. It's also nice and compact on my apartment kitchen counter. It's easy to clean as the rubber gasket is built in so there's no chance of losing that.  I also love that the top has a pouring spout and it's a sturdy glass pitcher, not plastic.

For the price, this is a great blender!

So far so good,I did try making a slushy didn't work out to well but the ice crushed into slushy form. I love the glass it's very thick. The color is really beautiful in the red.

Such a pleasure to have my blender on hand for making any kind of smoothie, hummus, sauces and summer drinks!!! Excited to explore the possibilities, so easy to clean.

I was really surprised at the quality and power of this product. The glass container is thick and heavy, fits firmly on the base. The rubber top also fits firmly so you don't need to keep your hand on it when in use on full speed. The vent may open a little If you fill it close to the top. I always start with the pulse button to make sure it is not too full. I bought this to make homemade peanut butter, smoothies and the like. It's also perfect for bread and cookie doughs. I am completely happy with this product and recommend it to everyone.

Great Product

I have not needed to try this out yet, but it does match all my other Hamilton Beach small appliances in red and the glass pitcher is quite substancial and looks so clear and clean.  The pour spout on the pitcher seem a like an innovative and welcome feature. The electric cord is just exactly long enough.  I trust H.B. appliances to give me long lasting dependability.

Prettiest Blender Ever

This blender works great for smoothies. That's all I really intend to use it for.  I think it's cool that there is a good processor as well. Not bad for the price.

This item is not worth buying.  I would return it but I do not have a car, so I would have to ask someone to take me to the post office and I don't think it is worth bothering my friend to do that.  The inside of the lid is a big mess - they did a lousy job making this blender. I do not recommend this blender.

the vent won't stay shut, poorly constructed and I didn't realize I can't return it to walmart so I'm just going to keep it and hold it shut when I use it. Otherwise it's a beautifully constructed blender and works well.
