the best coffee maker in my opinion that i could have purchased and i have purchased alot of coffee machines and all brands,this coffee maker out does them all in my opinon..its easy to use, its fast brewing its attractive doesn't take up much room on the counter, it produces a good tasting cup of coffee every time. you can't go wrong with this coffee maker i think it's the best of the best and well worth that extra buck you spend .

Fast brew, super hot coffee-chocolate-tea. Great for those on the go. Just push in your brew preference and cup or mug size and k-cup or coffee grind, place your cup or mug push start.  A PERFECT HOT  BREW IS THERE FOR YOU.
A BONUS:  It's mug size is 16 oz not 14 oz  as it states.

Great coffee maker

Makes great coffee, quick and easy to operate. All cups are brewed under (2) minutes. Works very well with all (3) sizes of cups. Clean up is quick and easy. NO GROUNDS GET THROUGH TO THE COFFEE. Would highly recommend the maker as one of the best. I drink a lot of coffee and should know.

Hamilton Beach Flexbrew single serve coffee maker

This is a great single cup brewer. I have the popular "K" brewer at home for comparison. I ordered this brewer for work. The quality is great! It brews a perfect HOT k-cup of coffee. I love the size & strength choices since I'm a bold lover. It works well for hot water also. The k-cup and loose coffee holders fit the machine snuggly. Way easier to change from one to the other than the more popular brand brewer. I especially like being able to take the k-cup holder to the trash can & press for it to release the cup. No need to touch the hot, wet k-cup. The color is more of a berry; not a bright red. That didn't matter to me but it is a nice color with chrome-look accents. Several have remarked how nice it looks. Wanted something other than black. I only gave 4 stars because we haven't tried out the loose ground basket brew yet. I do expect it to be every bit as great as the k-cup performance. I'll update once I try it out. This is a great brewer. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed

Great Product

This product is not user friendly at all. It takes forever to brew, signals to refill with water when not needed, cup sizes are difficult to figure out for accurate filling. The only good thing it does is brew a good cup of coffee. I was skeptical in buying it but decided to give it a try, big mistake

Very Disappointed

This is my third Hamilton Beach coffee maker and I couldn't be more happier with my purchase the other two have worked fine and lasted many years without issues I just wanted to step up to one that had an water Reserve I like that you can use K Cups or you can use your own coffee which I have done both on all bears and about that they work great every once in awhile I make a mistake to overfill the water tank but it doesn't matter it still works great

Awesome coffee maker

Love this machine!   Coffee is very hot which is best feature for me.  The ease of brewing cup at a time, wonderful!   You must follow the directions carefully and it works amazingly   This coffeemaker is designed for one or two people.  I am only one using this one.

Amazing Good  Hot Coffee

This coffee maker makes terrible coffee. The coffee is very weak even on the bold setting. It regularly malfunctions by just blinking. You have to unplug and wait then plug it back in. The grinds end up stuck to the area above the grind tray every time you brew a cup and it is impossible to clean so you end up with wet grinds stuck there all the time. Very unsanitary.

Don't buy this

Not Happy with this product. Inconsistent levels of coffee. I press 10 ounce gives me 14 ounces.I fill up the water Reservoir and still Fill/H20 flashes. I do like the Design. When using Ground Coffee I keep the grounds under the Max fill line. After brewing still cakes up the needle and surrounding top area.It would be a Good idea if there was a top filter plate that would snap into place and cover the coffee grounds so you wont find them in the bottom of your coffee cup.
