Brews coffee with a smooth flavor profile.

Cleaning involves easily removable parts and dishwasher-safe components.

Can be fast, but may be slow for some users.

Really happy with this maker! Love the sleek design. Takes up no more space than a regular coffee maker yet I can also use pods and make just one glass iced tea or coffee! Also don't have to mess with filling the pot because it has an easy fill compartment. We think it makes a richer brew because of how it heats the water.

Best bang for your buck with no compromise!

Does it All ,Such a Great Coffeemaker Machine

It does EVERYTHING, but grind coffee beans! I'm sure that is coming soon.😆

Hot or cold beverage for one person?
YES!

Hot or cold beverage for a few friends over? YES! 12 cup carafe!

Ability to use k-pods AND ground coffee? YES!

HUGE water reservoir-we are talking MORE than just 2 travel mugs of coffee!

8, 10, 12, or 14 ounce drink? YES!

Regular or bold coffee? YES!

Auto program and time set? AWESOME!

Glass coffee carafe? Yep! No more “metal” taste!

*It requires the “basket” coffee filters and not the “cone” shaped.

Modern design! Sleek enough for under cabinet parallel to granite back/side splash wall . And very sleek enough to push all the way horizontally back against backsplash. I like the idea of so many functions on “display”-I have mine sitting diagonally from a corner.

What doesn't it do?

This is by far the BEST coffee machine I've ever had. For the cost, the features you get are amazing! I love that I can make either a whole pot or a single cup. The fact that I can set it to automatically brew either one is a game changer! 1000 out of 10 recommend! Hamilton beach killed it on this one!

The BEST

Way better than the other popular brand that starts with a K! I've had three go out on me in 1-year and finally decided to shop around! This coffee maker is so easy to use, clean and the water reserve is almost double my other pots. I drink cold coffee too now that it's so easy to make. Love it and can't say enough about it. Only neg and an I mean only… is the cord could be a tad longer. I love the taste of my coffee more now too. The same pods I was using before in the K***g tastes way better in this pot. Idk how but it does. Oh and one last thing the ease of cleaning that part out is nice too!! Love it!

Better than other more expensive pots

I have this coffee maker for a week now. So far I haven't had any issues. It was easy to set up and it's been getting my coffee ready in the morning automatically as I have set up. The first time there was a leak, but then I read the instructions and it says that it stops dripping for a short time right before it completes the full process, for whatever reason, but just wait and when is completed done , it shows on the screen and the warming sign shows on the screen. Just read the instructions before , it's fairly easy to set up and space saving as well because it's thin . Hopefully it continues to work well for a very long time.

I love this machine! Slim fit on kitchen counter (I hate clutter) looks sleek and makes coffee quickly. I really like having the option for single cup but still having the option for a pot of coffee when we have visitors and I don't have to get an another maker out! Makes coffee quickly and tastes great.

Great coffee maker, looks sleek works well

We had the previous model and this new and improved model has fixed many of the issues we struggled with.

I appreciate the slimmer design which fits perfectly into our small space, also the larger water reservoir and side loading pot. I also appreciate the improved brighter touch screen and additional ice coffee setting.

The only complaint is that the coffee is almost too hot only because we used the compostable paper pods and the hotter water especially on the bold setting steams open the pods lid.
One other thing to note is we used to get a lot of blockage in the needle, we notice the new model has a shorter needle with larger openings and the blast of air at the end is much stronger which should help with the blockage but destroys the compostable pods.

New and improved model!

Really wanted this to work due to the slim design and integrated k-cup and pot options. However, after only a few uses, it started making a mess of the coffee grounds. Tried to resolve numerous times, but followed instructions and still makes a mess. Returning.

Great idea, if it worked

I purchased 2 of these coffeemakers, both had the same defect. Running plain water through them to clean them first I got NEEDLE errors 5 on first unit, 6 times on the second unit brand new out of the box. Cleaned the needles per manual instructions each time, nothing in them. Just using plain water. The first time I tried using the pod feature with both units 1 %26 2, the coffee grinds over Flo and fill the pod chamber, it's a mess to clean up, they don't work and are defective new out of the box. I would not recommend purchasing these.
