Brews coffee with a smooth flavor profile.

Cleaning involves easily removable parts and dishwasher-safe components.

Can be fast, but may be slow for some users.

Slim design compared to other similar models so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space width wise.  The reservoir is easy to access.  It takes 90 seconds to brew, but the coffee is much better tasting and way hotter than a Keurig.  When purchased, the price was $50 cheaper than the Keurig duo.  Highly recommend this coffee maker.

Really pleased with this machine. Love the combo and sometimes we like a full pot and other times just want to make a coffee on the run.  We don’t have a lot of counter space and it fits nicely.  Would recommend.

Takes up less space than most dual coffee makers. Easy to use.

Recommend

We had the previous model and this new and improved model has fixed many of the issues we struggled with. 

I appreciate the slimmer design which fits perfectly into our small space, also the larger water reservoir and side loading pot. I also appreciate the improved brighter touch screen and additional ice coffee setting.

 The only complaint is that the coffee is almost too hot only because we used the compostable paper pods and the hotter water especially on the bold setting steams open the pods lid.
One other thing to note is we used to get a lot of blockage in the needle, we notice the new model has a shorter needle with larger openings and the blast of air at the end is much stronger which should help with the blockage but destroys the compostable pods.

Our third. They just don't make good stuff anymore. Bought warranty this time.
Very loud when brews a karate on "bold" setting.
Slow.
But the timer feature is handy.

It's Cheaper To Replace

I have only used the cup maker. The water is very slow going into cup, that sometimes it stops and starts again. When you go to empty the coffee grounds, water stays on top of the grounds pod, and spills everywhere.. other than that , it's easy to use. It's the best coffee pot out there for the price. I have not used the carafe to make a pot of coffee, the buttons are easy to use

The display cannot be manually turned off with the power button because the power button is also the Brew button. I accidentally leaned against the display area and caused the Brew button to be pushed. The unit tried to start brewing and the only reason it didn't was because there was no water in the reservoir. Returned due to no separate power button to turn the display off.

Awful coffee maker. takes too long to brew a pop. is extremely loud. Keeps coffee warm automatically for 4 hours which is way too long. coffee is no good after 2 hours. im always having to remember to manually shut it off. plus the water reservoir leaks. im seriously considering returning it. would not recommend.
