Design

Reservoir

Brews coffee with a smooth flavor profile.

Cleaning involves easily removable parts and dishwasher-safe components.

Can be fast, but may be slow for some users.

The coffee pot is great. A bit of a learning curve to it is my only complaint. The pot being on the side is different, but I but sorta nice as there isn't a big pot just sticking out on the counter top. It has automatic brew.

Slim design compared to other similar models so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space width wise.  The reservoir is easy to access.  It takes 90 seconds to brew, but the coffee is much better tasting and way hotter than a Keurig.  When purchased, the price was $50 cheaper than the Keurig duo.  Highly recommend this coffee maker.

Really pleased with this machine. Love the combo and sometimes we like a full pot and other times just want to make a coffee on the run.  We don’t have a lot of counter space and it fits nicely.  Would recommend.

Hamilton Beach Coffeemaker

Profile is so convenient!!!! Works perfectly! Great product! Love this more than my dual Keurig that was high end and started leaking.

We had the previous model and this new and improved model has fixed many of the issues we struggled with. 

I appreciate the slimmer design which fits perfectly into our small space, also the larger water reservoir and side loading pot. I also appreciate the improved brighter touch screen and additional ice coffee setting.

 The only complaint is that the coffee is almost too hot only because we used the compostable paper pods and the hotter water especially on the bold setting steams open the pods lid.
One other thing to note is we used to get a lot of blockage in the needle, we notice the new model has a shorter needle with larger openings and the blast of air at the end is much stronger which should help with the blockage but destroys the compostable pods.

New and improved model!

WARNING this brews your coffee, scalding hot I burnt my tongue really bad, not to mention my throat!  My advice is if you buy this put A couple ice cubes in your coffee cup. Especially the single side!

Awful coffee maker. takes too long to brew a pop. is extremely loud. Keeps coffee warm automatically for 4 hours which is way too long. coffee is no good after 2 hours. im always having to remember to manually shut it off. plus the water reservoir leaks. im seriously considering returning it. would not recommend.
