I've been a Keurig girl since day one but this flexbrew has it beat! It's quiet, fast, the coffee is hot and tastes great! It's exactly what I was looking for. Simple features but brews a delicious cup of coffee. I use kcups. Haven't tried ground coffee yet. But I will!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. The size fits nicely on my counter and I can use both ground coffee and coffee pods. The picture displayed on the website however shows both a carafe and the single cup dispenser but the product shipped has no carafe option,only the single cup option so I was a little disappointed.

Product doesn't match the pictured product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the coffee wasn't hot enough for me. it was easy to use and looked good enough, but the temp wasn't there.

Had this machine for a few months now and every once in awhile I start it and walk away when finished it has blowed 1/4 of the coffee and grinds onto the floor...
It has done this a few times now and I thought it was the way I latched the cover....
But I found out the two latch teeth was barely hanging on. Broke off when I touched it...the design on the two looking lugs needs more material. Very weak...

Watch out if the latch doesn't latch...

The machine is easy to use and looks nice on the counter. However, about every third pods it melts. And I don't mean one right after another but, in the span of 8 hours! I've had the machine about a week and no matter what brand pod. Yes, the force of the water coming out does make it splash out of a tall cup.
