I read reviews for weeks before I bought it... I watched YouTube videos and really "knew my product" before purchasing it. After using it for a couple weeks I can say just a couple things...
1. DEFINITELY put a plastic shopping bag in the pulp catcher thing... It makes it SO much easier to clean up!!
2. The blade/strainer part is a pain in the you know what to clean.. I re commend hot soapy water and the nifty little scrubby brush instead of the dishwasher for sure!
3. It is LOUD and I mean LOUD... My husbands first thing to say was "dang that things loud" and he'd been working in his office on the other end of the house
4. Sweet potatoes and carrots make it "dance" as my children say.. It's a bit wild with those so I recommend you hold the top down with one hand and do the rest with the other.

This was a great choice for us and I am very happy with our buy!

only had it a month , not a hint of the horror stories of cleaning of juicers . I love it . I juice a gallon at a time . then put residue stuff ( skins and peels) and run that stuff thru my nutri bullet and waalaa no waste. because a lot of the vitamins and nutrients are in the skin/peel. I hope this helps someone.

I have had it for about 2 weeks, and I have used it almost everyday. My biggest worry was that cleaning it would be a huge pain, but it is really super easy, and only takes about 4 or 5 minutes.  It is really powerful, and does a TON of veg very quickly, and makes a ton of juice with only a moderate amount of pulp.  This is my first and only juicer, so to be fair, I have nothing to compare it with, but I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase.

Exceeded Expectations!

This juicer is very good. It has 800w motor and really extracts alot of the juice most of the "leftover" pulp is dry. The cleanup is a cinch. I always line it with a plastic bag. The total time for juicing and cleanup for 16 oz is under 10 mins. I love it and use it daily.

very good juicer

After watching several documentaries about the health benefits of juicing we decided to purchase one. After reading several (read hundreds) of online reviews about juicers that were way more expensive and some cheaper we decided on this one for the price. We could not be happier! This thing makes juice. The pulp that comes out is damp but not wet and the amount of juice is surprising. Clean up is a snap as it is mostly rinsing. The one thing I feel the need to caution people on is when putting things in the chute, especially small harder pieces they can shoot back up at you before you get the pusher back in.

All in all very happy with this product, glad I didn't spend hundreds of dollars on one.

Great Juicer for the price

I will admit I have never had a juicer before. I saw the movie "Fat, Sick and nearly Dead" and decided I would start "juicing". There are many juicers out there and most of them are much greater price. This one is inexpensive enough to where I felt comfortable "trying" this juice movement thing (I have lost 10 pounds in 6 days).
I did read a complaint about the noise this machine makes. I must admit it does make some noise and there is some vibration while it is extracting the juice from the pulp. It seems to make more noise if you try and hurry the process.
So far I have had it 7 days or so and my only "complaint" would be the noise. But it is over quickly so you must decided what you want. An inexpensive juicer that does the job or a nice quiet one, you decide.
As for me, I am quite happy with my juicer and plan on using it for many months or even years to come.

Great for the price

Purchased this juicer to do a 15 day detox from the reboot with joe website. With as many times as I had to use it in a day, it was amazing!! Did the job and did it well. Lots of juice and minimal pulp. The clean up is a little tedious on it, but, it is to be expected. The advice of putting the plastic bag in the pulp catcher is great, you don't have to clean that canister out. But the rest of the machine needs to be cleaned. The juice cup that comes with it cannot hold the amount of juice I was making at one time, so I used a 4 cup glass measuring cup instead and it worked great! Perfect machine for anyone who is looking to make juice for weight loss, detox, or just fresh morning juice!

exceptional for the price!

This is a durable, good looking juicer. This a great value, the stainless steel basket is relatively easy to clean. The 800 watt motor provides a bit more tork than cheaper models. I juice everyday, two times a day, it handles produce very easily. I couldn't be happier with the price or its ability. I thought i might be disappointed that it only has one speed but i don't even notice the need for more speed.

Great value juicer

Cutting up your produce into smaller pieces say to 1/2 1/3 or1/4 their original size diminishes the stress on the strainer hardware. Using a plastic bag for the large pulp receptacle is a must for easier cleanup. Have soapy warm water ready and waiting to swish all dismantled parts except for the motorized base. Never submerge this base! Cleaning the strainer with its soft brush is easy. Gentle scrubbing with alternating submerging the strainer in the soapy water then rinsing will clean it nicely. You could air dry the strainer but I lightly press a paper towel on the strainer mesh to soak up any excess moisture to prevent any possibility of rust. Make sure all other parts are dry then reassemble with a paper towel in the pulp receptacle, a paper towel in the strainer and lastly a paper towel in the juice collection container. I always cover the juicer with a large plastic bag to keep it dust free and ready for my next juicing adventure. The sound is no noisier than a regular blender. I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent choice for a first time juicer

During the first week this juicer was everything my daugter hoped it to be, but then it seemed to have more in the waste container than her glass. She returned it and was told that they had heard that complaint before. The girl in customer service was super nice which made the whole return process easy.

Worked great for the first week.
