Instructions

Removable parts make cleaning straightforward.

Suitable for families of 3-4 or larger cooking quantities.

Holds a significant amount of fries at once.

It's a pretty “tinny” unit. But it seems to work well and hold the proper temp. I have used it twice so far. I simply remove the heating element n baskets, leave the oil in it. Cover it with the lid n place in my garage fridge after each use. I use deep fry peanut oil, so I will strain n continue to reuse the oil for a few more fries.

walmart.com

I really like this thing. The capacity is huge for a home fryer, I did 2 dozen chicken wing segments in it to christen it without any problems at all. Takes a little longer to heat than an average fryer but that's to be expected as there is a lot of oil to get up to temperature. That being said, the oil temp doesn't drop a lot when you put your food in, again due to the large capacity of oil. It also has deep sides that results in most of the spatter being contained inside the fryer instead of making it's way to whatever surface you put it on. The only complaint I have is the chord is quite short but I just used an extension chord without any issues. I would highly recommend this

Large, holds heat, nice controls, great fryer

[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought this for my best friend for Christmas and she loves it! She made homeade chinese food and boy was it good. She made chicken balls and egg rolls in the deep fryer and they turned out beautiful. I would recommend this product to other people.

Great features!

I can say nothing wrong about this fryer. It is perfect for just about everything. The convenience of two baskets makes frying ten times better. You can also fry with just one but I like to cook my fries and cheese sticks at the same time. I love it!!

Perfect Fryer for a Family

I purchased this fryer for a family feed. My grand daughter made french fries that were very good and just "toast" brown and took 9 to 10 minutes. You have to tend to them . When she was finished I prepared a pint of fresh steamer clams and battered them. 365 degrees for 2-1/2 minutes and they were golden brown and done perfectly. We thought we were sitting on the coast in Maine enjoying a fried clam dinner with fries. Absolutely fantastic. The cover has a small window to check progress and a vent to release steam away from you and everything fits together very nicely. Read the instructions on how to put the handles on the baskets. It comes with 3 baskets, 1 large and 2 small that are almost 1/2 the size of the large basket. Very versatile and I'm glad I bought it. Yeah, More fried clam, please!

Deep Fryer

I really enjoyed using this fryer no burnt chicken but for my countertop space I should have ordered the smaller one, then for 3 grown growing men I am glad that I picked and stuck with this size....clean up to me was very easy but it requires a lot of oil....

Perfect Fried Chicken

We upgraded to this deep fryer and have used it a few times now. Our old deep fryer only had one setting... on so this one having an adjustable heat setting is great. It holds lots of french fries which is good if you are cooking for quite a few people. Love the fact that it comes with two smaller baskets as well. It is also so easy to clean.

Great deep fryer

She really does the job she's great for a family of 5.quality is not a great design quality but for the price I have nothing to say.

Works very well

We receive the family every Sunday for dinner and my 90-year-old mother, who doesn’t make fries, asks us regularly. Sometimes we are 4 and sometimes a lot more, that is when the different baskets are very useful.

Ideal capacity

I was very excited to make this purchase, but when i tried to use it, it produced no power. I dont know if it is the plug, or the panel. Wal mart wont take it back because it is considered 'used'.

Disappointed

Hamilton Beach Professional-Style Deep Fryer, 3 Quart Capacity, 1800 Watts, Stainless Steel, 35035C. Front-facing stainless steel fryer on a neutral countertop with lid viewing window, three removable rectangular baskets and basket hook visible; control panel shows adjustable thermostat knob, preheat/power lights and audible timer, breakaway grounded cord at rear, 4.5L (18 cups) oil capacity; often used for batch frying fries and onion rings and suitable for party appetizers.
