Liked it so much, bought it again. I have this coffee maker in my house, when the one in our rv died, I bought it for the rv. You just have to make sure the paper filter is in correctly, sometimes it gets folded over and the grounds make a mess. Bonus you adjust how long it keeps the coffee hot.

Bought it Twice

This is one brand of coffee maker you can always depend on.  Over the years I have purchased and worn out several of this model.  They last a very long time.

Good old dependable coffee maker.

I like that it has a huge water reservoir with a large opening so it's easier to pour the water in. Does a great job Delivery was excellent. Very satisfied.

I had a Mr Coffee for about 6 yesrs that finally gave up. 
This was twice the cost. Thr carafe seems about 2 cups smaller and very thin. The ehole machine feels fragile compared to the durability I'm used to. 
It's easy to fill. I use permanent filters so I can't comment on ease of changing filters.
I can barely read the clock from a foot away. It brews quickly and bold setting is accetable. 
Is it worth the cost? That's subjective. All the brands have doubled in price and halved in quality for a 12 cup size simple drip coffee maker. Because of that, I guess so. In reality, not really. We'll see how long the individual components hold up.

So far this coffee maker checks all the boxes and I am pleased with the  operation and purchase. The clock is large enough to see from a distance and the basket is a easy clean. I especially like the option of the setting of "bold" taste . The safety feature of the a uto-shut-off is a pulse with life getting busy.

Easy set up and makes a tasty cup of coffee

i had ordered mr.coffee for 42.97 but received hamilton beach instead...features were the same so i didn't complain ... was in walmart today and the coffee pot is now on sale for 29.96 and online for price 26.97  :(

Needed to replace my 10 year old Hamilton Beach and this coffeemaker looked similar to my old one.  It does not perform as expected.  Slow to make even 6 cups and noisy the entire time, plus makes random noises after coffee is made as long as it is on.  It was similar in price to my old one and my old one was quality so I thought I'd found a more updated model of my old model. 
It is in no way the quality of my old one. I wish I had investigated further and passed on this one.

Get something better

The pause feature does not work well. Coffee drips on burner after you remove carafe to pour coffee.  Coffee leaks on lid when brewing due to poor design of the spring shutoff/carafe lid.

Cheap quality.  Clock not illuminated.

Cheap and Product Quality is Same

I was not happy with my purchase of this Hamilton Beach Programmable 12 Cup Coffee Maker. It made very weak coffee even on the bold setting. The water was not dispersed over the coffee grounds, rather it dispersed water in a stream covering only an area in the centre of the grounds. The coffee grounds around the edges of the filter were barely wet. Thankfully, I had no problem returning it promptly with my receipt. I then purchased a Cuisinart programmable coffee maker and find that it produces superior tasting coffee, strong and rich bodied. The water disperses over the entire area of grounds in the filter and the extra price was well worth it for great tasting coffee. Cuisinart makes a much better coffee maker in my estimation.

Poor Wuality Coffee

Very cheaply made - I don't think it will last more than a month before breaking.  Overflows with coffee grinds regardless of recommended filter type.  Tried 2 tablespoons of coffee grinds and same overflow issue.  Short electrical cord so coffee maker needs to be within 1 foot of outlet.
