Can be neatly wrapped, but does not retract.

This electric kettle is smaller than the glass ones, but I prefer its smaller size as it is easier for me to handle.  It does have an extra plastic filter inside the spout, but I removed that as the kettle itself has small metal holes at the spout that serve the same purpose, and that way, I can avoid plastic leeching into the boiled water.

love this kettle. we needed a second kettle for family gatherings, tea parties, and camping. we make tea, instant coffee, instant oatmeal, instand gritz, and or favorite Ramen! works great,  easy to use, and saves time at gatherings.

Tea Kettle

I read some of bad reviews and imagined what to expect, but hoped it won't be like that. Unfortunately, after 1st trial to boil water, there was a leakage of boiling water through turn on button, which is not safe at all. Returned the next day of purchase.

Do not buy

I absolutely do not recommend this product or the brand. My kettle has gotten stains on it just after 4 months of regular usage. I put nothing in it except water and haven't left it on for a long time or anything like that. Not only does the stains pose a health risk, it is also wrong to sell something as stainless steel when in reality it can easily get stains. And finally, when I sent these images to the company, they replied by saying that they can send a new one to me, provided I pay the shipping fee, which was more than half the price of the kettle itself!! Terrible product, terrible service.
