Bought this to replace an old crockpot. This is lighter, more versatile and looks great! I've used it 3 times so far.  I love the crock IX stovetop and oven safe!

I made a great recipe Hawaiian Chicken. I had a crockpot for 25 years, I'm sure this one will last as long!

perfect size and good quality

my previous slow cooker like this, same brand, was better but an older model perished in house fire. i wish they never changed it. lid does not lock like my other one, and on high does not come to a boil like my other one. i use to be able to sear my meat in pot, put on slow cooker base on low, than change it to high to boil and add my dumplings directly in. now i have to take off base and put back on stove. which is fine, but i stil miss the locking lid
