This bench does take two people for a part of the assembly.  Everything fit correctly. Nice looking addition to my mudroom.

Sturdy bench

I spent 4 hours putting the bench section together. Pieces did not align well and the shoe dividers are warped chipboard pieces. The whole thing is made of partial board. Then went to assemble the top “wall tree” as they call it. No instructions. The bench instructions just show it fully assembled and where to connect them. Went to call the help line but they don't work on Friday afternoons. Website is useless. The Contact area won't actually let you submit your concern. When you hit the prompt for submit, nothing happens.
