I love this pad, it works perfectly. I followed their directions and the chalk stays on without smearing even as I rolled the quilt around to mark all the borders.

I love it.

I have the plastic stencils, and the one I was trying to use had a bend in it so the chalk would not go over it smoothly.  There was chalk dust all over and I had to stop and go back to my heat eras pins. Also, the markings that I did get on the quilt, mostly disappeared as I was trying to quilt.
