Been testing Hanes T's throughout my 23 years of military service.
I retired from the Army in 1982.
From 1982 until today I am still a Hanes devotee.

Great fitting and comfy T's

I'm very picky when it comes to my white T-Shirts. These shirts are great, they're very roomy and made of good fabric. The thickness helps with keeping your dress shirts dry during those hot and sweaty days. I also like that you don't have to worry about keeping it tucked in. It's hard to find extra long T's that don't ride up.

The service and price were excellent, but you didn't have any in my size. Tried an alternative that didn't work. Nice shirt though. The return process was fine.

Great if they have your size in stock

This is a heavy weight, soft cotton. After washing, they shrunk quite a bit.  
Note, these are a close, body hugging fit. 
I bought these shirts for my husband who is bed-bound.  For him, it is preferred to have an oversized, looser fit.  After washing, the snug fit is too hard to get on and off of him.  I will probably use them myself as a lounge shirt or sleep shirt.

Snug, tailored fit, Really soft!

Shirts start out covering the areas that need covering. When washed, they shrink a little bit. I've learned to wash in cold water and hang dry to prevent shrinkage. Also, a few of my shirts get holes in the armpits shortly after opening from the package. Maybe they're already there and after wearing them, they get bigger. Not worth the price anymore if they can't hold up to wearing them on a regular basis. They're all I wear but im looking at other brands to buy from. Too many issues with my recent orders from Hanes.I also miss the tagless shirts.

Not a quality product anymore.

I've bought these shirts for years as gym shirts. In fact, I bought them from Hanes instead of another online retailer because of the better color selection. However, they've changed the shirts. The cut and fabric is totally different. They're way smaller than they used to be. The fabric feels nice initially, so not 1-star. Time to find a replacement.

Not what it used to be

it is a very nice shirt but the sizing is way to tight.. since the size large regular fits ok but short on length so I order Large and Tall size. I though it would be longer but instead my husband look like pregnant who run out of fabric. its way too tight..

This is not the original Hanes Beefy T ! I ordered 5 black and got exactly what I was looking for. Then I ordered dark grey, light grey, and white all in separate orders just in case. None of the other colors were made with the same material or in the same sizing or even in the same country.

As this is my second order, I expected the beefy T shirts to be the same color and fit as the first order. The shirts were too big and the colors ran in a cool wash. The labels are identical. I am very disappointed.

Not the same quality

The quality was junk! Some that you purchase are good others aren't depending on the color you purchase. Don't buy the white t-shirts because they are very low quality. Too much of a hassle to try to return because I have to pay to return them by shipping them back.

I have bought 30 tshirts from Hanes. You don't know what you're going to get Quality wise. Some have tags some are tagless.

Quality Control Issues-Purchae with caution
