I normally wear the beefy-t in both short and long sleeves and really like the fit and weight of those shirts. I thought I would try this shirt because of the pocket. I'm 5'10" and 185lbs, the fit was just right in an XL. You do get a little shrinkage which made the XL perfect for me. It's not tight but not to loose either, just right. It is not as heavy as the beefy-t, but not by much. The length is just right, i can tuck it in or wear it out. Very comfortable shirt, I'm very happy with my decision to add this style to my Hanes collection of shirts

Excellent fit.

Hanes

Long time Hanes customer here. These t-shirts are great, worn on their own, and, or, definitely as an undershirt during the cold season. My high regard for the quality and appeal for this garment, and Hanes products in general, is not lessened by my one desire for a small improvement in this line. I'm 6'3", 205 lbs., and though this t-shirt is superior, it is not offered in the option of "long", as are other Hanes t-shirts. There are some products which are such standard "staples", that they should always be available and cover all size ranges. Once again, a fantastic product.

I can't stop wearing these.

These are top quality long sleeve tees made of what appears to be durable and well woven materials.

I ordered one of these along with an Amazon essentials long sleeve pocket tee from another distribution site, both at the same time. Though the other one was MORE expensive I was initially more pleased by it because of its larger size (albeit TOO large, which was remedied after a wash and dry) because I have tended to wear my clothes slightly more loose fitting, for the purpose of comfort.
In comparison when I received my first of these Hanes brand shirts (I would later go on to order 4 more in various colors) I was "worried" because although it fit "perfectly" (though slightly more fitted than I normally prefer, but NOT tight) it was a bit more close fitting than I was used to and was concerned about possible shrinkage. Long story short; it not only did not shrink (blended materials), but was and is incredibly comfortable against the skin. The material and weave is of such a good quality in fact that I was able to do the internal backhand "stretching technique" (back of hand under garment gently and repeatedly pushing outward in order to stretch the fabric for a little more "give") without so much as a single thread pulling, or tear to the fabric. I only did this on the initial one as it was, again, more close fitting than I was used to, but did not with the subsequent additional shirts of this brand that I later ordered.

Having ordered two dark color shirts, I can also attest to the fact that after washing in COLD water and drying at a NON "delicate" hot setting these shirts hold their deep colors brilliantly (black is deep black and remained as such. Same with dark/navy blue.) Even after spot wiping with a mistakenly warm moist washcloth (instead of cold) there was absolutely no mark of color fading.

I'm not a shill for Hanes and in fact always used FoL SHORT sleeve pocket shirts in the past, but if Hanes short sleeve pocket tees are as well made as these and priced as (more than) reasonably, then my Fruit of the Loom wearing tee shirt days are behind me now.

I ordered a medium and am 148lbs @ 5'7" with a slender, but semi athletic build and these tees fit "perfectly" but not skin tight. Lastly as a guy who runs hot and looks for cooler clothes, especially for sleeping, I can tell you that while they keep you very warm in cooler and cold weather (for winter in the South) they are comfortable to sleep in as well. I couldn't be more happier with this purchase and will likely buy more in the future.

Hanes Long Sleeve pocket Tee is top quality

It's what I like about hane's prouducts they are comfortable non binding. I ordered online and received my order promptly, thanks for the great service and product.

Great product

Says “tagless” on site when I ordered and on my receipt that came with order. Scratchy tag on all 5 shirts that I ordered. Also they shrink and I'm careful washing and drying items. Have ordered these several before and not at all happy with this batch

Not As Advertised

I am a female, I purchased a long sleeve men's T-shirt with a pocket. I like to wear this in the morning when I take my dogs out for their first walk. The reason I purchased a pocket T-shirt was so that I have a place for my telephone. I purchased a double XL because I wanted it to be roomy but specifically, I purchased xxl so could keep my phone in the pocket. the T-shirt was roomy but the pocket was ridiculously small for a double XL. Needless to say after I washed it, it seemed even smaller.

Pocket too small!

Men's large is not a traditional "large".
I'm 6' 1" and 175 pounds and this shirt fits like a tight wetsuit. Additionally, the sleeves are so tight I had to overstretch the wrist band just to put my hand through the end of the sleeve. Hanes must make a fortune on the fabric they save by calling this shirt a large.

Too Small

Bought t6 tshirts, some long sleeves. 5 were beefy t's. All of the beefy t's shrank 1 1/2 sizes. Will not buy these ever again. Not the same quality I bought several years ago. The quality is no longer there. Hanes has chosen to cut quality to fatten the bottom line. They have lost my business. I will be sharing this on my social network.

Shrink way too much DO NOT BUY

I just want to say, I ordered 3 of these t-shirts and only one could be fulfilled. You said that your stock was inadequate and could not ship 2 out of the 3. You said that I could reorder in February of 2021, but don't tell give me any notice of when I should do that. I looked at your website today and apparently they aren't in stock and should look again in February. It would be nice if you would give me notice when they are in stock again and not make me have to look to see.
Thank you.
