I have been searching for good quality open bottom pajama or lounge pants for my brother who wears hi-flow oxygen at all times and can't bend down easily to extricate his feet from narrow bottom pants. They needed to be at least 9 in across at the hem. These are perfect. They are good quality and not costly. And this is a brand I can depend on to still offer them when he needs more.

Perfect pants for easy on and off

I wear alot of men's sweats, fleece and knits. These are affordable, well made, nice looking and a bit long (I am 5'9", 120). Someone 5'10" could definitely wear these, or even 5'11". They are loose not tight which is perfect for me (Medium). They wash fine on cool/gentle , you might want to iron them.  I have black and navy.and am ordering both again.

Like these pants alot!

These are lightweight for wear indoors and out. The Jersey material is stretchy, so they are very very comfortable. They would also make good sleepwear. After wearing my first pair for a day or, so I ordered 4 more. Couldn't be more pleased. The price when compared to similar products cannot be beat.

Perfect alternative to fleece sweatpants

Hanes quality as compared to other "generics"?  No comparison.  Bravo Hanes!  100% cotton too!  Heavy enough to last long and for cooler weather.  Legs length ran a bit long for me but that may "just be me" too.  Maybe I'll grow into them a bit since I'm only 71.

Hanes = Quality.  Glad to finally find some.

The fabric is not as soft as i would have expected. We washed and dried them once and they were a bit softer. (I know the are not knit) My husband likes them and wears them! He likes the fact that there us NO fly, no gaping when sitting or walking.

A bit stiff

I have purchased these before. I like them well enough, but I have to get a 3X size for my @X body. The pants shrink when washed and dried, even at low heat.

These Pocket Pants are comfortable thin enough to let you stay cool, thick enough to keep you warm on a cooler night On first wash they shed a ton of fuzz that can clog your drain and ley your rinse water back up and overflow your drain-sink. Also, the waists are exactly as described and theseatfits well, however the leg length is longer by several inches, so a 32 length is really a 34.

Good bargain

I am a female but I bought these men's pocket pants because they have a 33" inseam - most only come in 29 to 31 at their longest and they are already way to short before I even wash them. I was really please with these pants because even after 2 washings they are still long enough for me. Even though I just use them for lounging around the house I like them to fit properly and these do because they don't look like Capris on me like most pants I buy to lounge in and during winter having longer pants is nice. Another note I also buy men's sweat shirts because they come in longer arm lengths than females as well.

Extra Long Inseam

This was a happy accident. Thought I was buying lightweight fleece but realized my mistake after wearing them for a few hours. Wouldn't wear them outside in the snow but don't do that with the lightweight fleece either. Comfortable and the pockets are extra deep for some reason. Winner winner.

Really long shorts

To be honest I expected better from Hanes. I ordered these for my son and if he didn't really need new pants I'd send these back. Still I'm guessing he won't be able to wear these to school, the whole reason I ordered them. Holding them up to the light you can see right through them. I have leggings thicker than these pants. The material says 60% cotton and I find that hard to believe. Not sure if this is some new design or what, but the feel of the material reminds me of thin swimwear fabric or something, kind of hard to explain. Will not be ordering these again and do not recommend these particular "pants".
