Another reliable Hanes item of which I have quite a few. Comfortable, the zippers have not failed, and they wash well and are inexpensive so if they get stained I don't get stressed about it. Weirdly, I would like Hanes to have this kind of jacket without the hood! I don't use the hood much and it can get in the way or get caught in long dog leashes, etc.

Old Faithful

Hanes

I ordered 2 of these hoodies, one each for my Mom and I. We both agree these are super warm and comfy. Great for layering under a fleece vest. I did have to order up one size from what we usually order to get an easier fit around the hips. I'm considering ordering in another color.

Comfortable and Warm

Love these hoodies. Bought several for myself and my granddaughter. They are the perfect weight to keep the chill off, but not so heavy that you can't wear them on cool evenings. They retain their shape well after repeated washings so you always look good.

Casual Gal

I bought this about a month ago. I live in south Florida so we don't have a winter. For a few days in the winter time we will need a sweater or light outerwear for warmth. This fleece hoodie was perfect. Provided warmth without being too hot. I would think perfect for Fall in other parts of the country. I love this hoodie and highly recommend. Price is right too!!!

Perfect

This has been my go to sweat shirts for ~10 years. The fit it perfect and the weight is not too heavy. It is true to size. The sleeves are a little long and the length is not too long which is how I like my sweat shirts. I have purchased these in small and medium. The small I wear with jeans for the shorter length and the medium I wear with yoga pants on walks or just hanging out. I am 5' 5" and thin. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the quality and color which have changed and the price has increased significantly over the past decade. The grey and pink colors are not the same shade or textures and the inside filling on some of the sweat shirts is softer than it used to be making the shirts feel a little thicker and warmer than I prefer. Not a deal breaker because the inside loses some of its softness several machine washes due to shedding. Overall, it is still a good value for what you get. I plan to purchase a couple more in the future when there is a sale.

Hane's Zipped Hooded Sweat Shirt

walmart.com

It's disappointing that I ordered 2 hoodies, one blue and one gray, both in the same size. They should fit the same, right? I wish clothing manufacturers were required to standardize their sizing. It's annoying and causes a lack of confidence in the vendor.

Nice hoodies with sizing issue

I do not like the way this fits. It's very short and also very wide. For reference, I'm 5'8, 160 lbs and I ordered size large which is my normal preferred size. I think this would fit great on someone who is shorter than me, but the cut is unflattering for my height/weight. I will stick to other brands for sweatshirts.

Won't order sweatshirts from Hanes again

I will keep this hoodie, however it is thin and more like t-shirt fabric than sweatshirt fleece. Looks much heavier in the photos. After putting it on it certainly does not hang or drape like the photo. It is just thin. Will be OK on early spring mornings to go outside, but not for cold weather.

Thin for a fleece Hoodie

I had to order and send back all of my purchases twice as they were so tight. First time I ordered a small (what I usually wear) and I could hardly get my arm thru the sleeve. So I took the time to get everything all correct so I could return for refund (no problem with that aspect). I then reordered all of my purchases in the next size of medium and honestly I wondered if they were the smalls again mislabeled as a medium as they were not much roomier. So, again, I got it all together to return all items again and get 2nd refund. Not gonna try to see if the 3rd time is a charm…..

Frustrated in the PNW

This hoodie sweatshirt had no length to it or 'roomy-ness' at all. I wear a sweatshirt like this when I'm doing stuff around the house or yard. This sweatshirt was so short that I couldn't bend over or reach without it riding up and exposing my lower back. This is not what I look for in a sweatshirt.

Not for me-
