These shorts are really nice. The material is not see through and is soft. At first I thought I wouldn't like the length but the coverage is great without being too long.

They look and fit nice. I am 5'4" and 230 lbs. I bought a size 2x. They come down just below my knees, but I still like them for around the house or exercising.

I'm very happy

Really appreciate the longer length and how cute and comfortable it is. Love having the pockets too. The only thing that would make these shorts better, is if the material was thicker.  Nevertheless, I used the size guide to order and it fits perfectly: I ordered 4 of them and hope that this style is never discontinued.

My favorite new shorts

Last year I bought a couple pairs of these shorts.  Since it was the end of the season I did not have the opportunity to buy more.  This year I saw them again and had to buy.  When you get a little older and want to wear shorts you are not looking for something really short.  This is the perfect length for shorts and the bonus is that they are extremely comfortable.  I now have 5 pairs of these.

Love these shorts

These shorts are exactly as advertised. I love the weight (not too heavy). Needed something comfy for around the house, or casual shopping. These are perfect. I am 78 and active and feel appropriately covered in these. I bought the xl and washed first time in hot and hot dryer and they shrunk just enough. Otherwise a little too roomy, but better than too tight!

Just what I needed. Would recommend highly

I bought two of these shorts several weeks ago. I liked them so much I went back and ordered the other two available colors. They are comfortable, attractive, everything I was looking for in a short. I am so glad I was able to get all the colors I wanted.

Perfect Bermuda Short

I've been a seamstress for fifty years and know fabrics.  I had misgivings about ordering this because it was "French Terry," a loosely knit lounge fabric with loops (hence the name terry, as in terrycloth."  I was delighted to find this was not French Terry at all, but a smooth knit.  Friends, you're losing potential sales when you describe this fabric incorrectly.

Fabric type described incorrectly

These are just like the excellent French terry pocket capris…except unlike the capris, which have a proper, turned-under hem, these shorts have an unfinished, upturned hem, which makes them look dorky and sloppy. And it will not be at all easy to unstitch them at the side seams to turn the hem under, without damaging the shorts. Why did anyone think this was a good idea? Really a shame, as otherwise these have the same comfy wide waistband, good drawstring, comfortable fit and lovely navy color as the capris.

All good, except the upturned, unfinished hem.

Bought 4 pairs of these shorts. Two grey, one navy & one teal. Usually wear a misses 16. The two grey are a little longer in the crotch and the fit is very comfortabe. The crotch seems a little shorter in the navy & teal, not enough to return, just something I notice. The cuff is tacked up on 4 sides, so it doesn't sag. The wide waistband seems to be the thing these days and maybe causes the shorts to ride a little higher and that causes the crotch to be a little short on me. Overall I love these. They wash well and so far hold their shape.

Very Comfortable without being too short

I needed soft, loose shorts to wear to the gym.  These are not exactly flattering, but they do the job, covering me from the waist to the knees and stretchy enough to allow all kinds of movement. The one thing I did not expect is that the terry inside is a little scratchy.  The outside t-shirt knit is much softer.  I wish I had the nerve to wear them inside-out!

Not as soft as expected

The style was exactly what I was looking for, but the fit was not. The medium was tight and unflattering; although I wear a medium from all the other major vendors - this might be OK for a teenager. Very unfortunate.

Not what I'd hoped.
